"These apartments suck because nothing gets done there.they say they where going get rid of this person that lives there because he is very dirty has rats roaches in his apartment.why the office has done nothing about it.they don't fix nothing there.those apartments have so many roaches there all over the walls bathrooms bedrooms and in the kitchen it's a very nasty place to live.the health inspector should go there to see. When is the office going to get rid of that person that is dirty now they're going to give him another month come on what does it take to get rid of that is nasty and the people that work in the office are just not doing their job and fixing appliances like the stoves or the bathrooms nothing gets fixed this place is a real bad place and those ladies are in the office or not very nice yesterday October 30th the office charge slices of pizza for $5.00 and asking for money for the music for the band. I don't know if they're going to get rid of the person that has rats and roaches in his apartment today is the last day that he should be there and then tomorrow and supposed to get out the by today. Now that person says he's a veteran he is not he's posing as a veteran."

"Believe it or not,you actually don't have to exit this place like it's on fire. There are other vehicles besides you. You hit this vehicle and you are gonna bounce off it. Your car may weight 2 tons. Mine weighs 12, and has no plastic on the outside. Do the math, calm down and drive like someone who doesn't live in the city."

"If i could give it 0 stars i would. My elderly grandmother has lived here for many years and it has been issue after issue. First off my grandmother moved here because it was coinvent, she is still able to work and her job is 5 mins away from here. She works 5 days out of the week and lives on the 4th floor. The elevator has been down for a total of 3 months. After a long day at work she has to go up 4 flights of steep stairs. That's so crazy to me! and whenever she asks when will it be fix and they keep giving her the run around. She also said there are disabled ppl in wheelchairs who have not left the apartment in 3 months! This is ridiculous they do not care about the elderly. They just care about they money they see them as dollar signs. So sad!!"

"My parents live here. Very close to University Hospital. You can just walk there. Great public transportation. Lots of parking. Close to downtown. The only bad thing is the homeless in the area. But that is expected because its downtown"

"I've just applied there today . Although the office area needed some cleaning . I said to myself this is a great design ...it would be super nice if well cleaned..more alone the lines of being tidy. However the people in the office were very kind. Very attentive to my needs . It's not easy getting old. If you'd prefer to live in a van down by the river...thos is heaven. It appears I qualify for a 2 bedroom.I need a care provider and hope it turns out. Ready to move in !!"
