"Moving out in a week but wanted to give a shout-out to Lupe, Matthew, and Jessica. Lupe is the heart of the community! Kept the place clean and was always friendly with me and my toddler. Maintenance requests were always completed without any issues. Matthew was always helpful in the office with anything I needed. Jessica is new so I didn’t get much of a chance to chat with her but I can already tell that she’s very personable and approachable. I think the new team is going to make the place even better than when I showed up at the beginning of the lease. I love that the community is well lit at night which gives me a sense of security. The amenities are unmatched , always clean and beautiful pool! Great location, easy parking, and nice interior. My only wish is that there were more family friendly events/amenities as I’m a new mom…"

"Look at the complaints on trunorth residents on fb before considering. I speak for myself and multiple tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you expect your deposit back, DONT! If they ask for a large deposit or double deposit just know they plan to find reasons to keep ALL OF IT. $1300 deposit they kept when we (and several other tenants) professionally cleaned. They charged a housekeeping fee and paint job and when i requested to walk the apartment nobody answered they did it without us present and i requested pictures (i have my own) they presented us with pics of another apartment. They claimed our bedroom carpet had to be removed as it was stained however it was not. Trash service was constantly delayed and piled up at the dumpsters dog feces were all over the grounds and the pool tvs, fire pit bbq pit/pool grill and tvs in clubhouse did not work. They refused to stock amenities as people supposedly “steal”. I had major back surgery when i asked about accommodations from stairs they offered us a $1600 -$1800 downstairs apartment or the same apartment for $1400. Once they knew we were moving they towed our rental car and found every reason to be rude."
