"I moved into the Preston Apartments at the beginning of this month! The staff were very informative, very helpful, kind and friendly. The move in was very smooth. They have very inexpensive prices for just nice units and the amenities. Definitely will be recommending to a close friend of mine!"

"don’t even try with these apartments past owners where terrible, never do their job. they give you a date and time and never show up they sure as heck will make the show apartment pretty but they won’t tell you how they never fix anything, how there’s a roach infestation and they aren’t taking care of it. and these are NEW OWNERS, they don’t send nobody to fix these problems and there’s an insane amount of times that the AC in the apartments break. they “fix” it but only change the filter. seriously and this is coming from a person who stayed here any other apartments would be a WAY BETTER OPTION!!(EDIT AT 10:28 AM 9/24/2023) BULLCRAP DO NOT COME TO THESE APARTMENTS NO SECURITY AT ALL AS IN THE DATE LISTED ABOVE THEY BROKE INTO OVER 16 CARS LAST NIGHT (9/23[24]/2023 DO NOT COME HERE CHARGING PEOPLE FOR LEAVING TRUTHFUL REVIEWS LABELING AS SLANDER!!"
"I've lived here for over two years. But I wouldn't recommend coming here, they are rat/roach infested. They ignore requests and mark them as "completed" I even emailed after and no response. But they sure want their money. We got bought out by new owners and since the ones before were negligent to document they made mostly alot of us pay a deposit for pets again. There's poop everywhere from owners never bothering from picking it up. My toilet constantly runs and I submitted a request twice they have yet to come. Pest control I've requested also and they never came I have a ring doorbell that's on my door all the time no one came!! They also hired a company that got paint all over the camera and they didn't do a single thing to make it right. Not to mention they will dictate what you can and can't have on your balcony and your front door. Sprinkers run in the middle of the day killing all the grass in the area. And they have a fee for facilities which is stupid because nothing is useful!!! Also all mailboxes are broken and we have to go pick up our mail at the post office. Do yourself a favor and stay away, we only resigned lease because they're inexpensive but not worth all the headaches."
"New owners, new problems. They charged everyone late rent their first month. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and nothing has been addressed. They keep putting completed or canceling the work orders. The staff has no common courtesy or respect for the residents. The redundancy so far is entertaining. New property manager had the audacity to call me from her cell phone in June, and ask me if I was going to resign my lease which ends September 31st. No info on a new lease or explanation to why nothing has been done so far to the unit for repairs. They charge for pest control and don’t provide it. They charge a facility fee when there’s nothing on complex that’s useable. Only good thing is the location and residents pretty much keep to them selves. Mailboxes have also been broken since they’ve taken over and they refuse to fix."
