"I’m from houston and just recently moved out and back to houston. Lived there for three yrs and yes it was roaches but if you know how to deal with that situation you will be ok. I never had a problem with any office staff everyone was very nice to me. I didn’t cause trouble and anything I needed fix maintenance was there to do it. Like any old apartment complex your gonna deal with roaches and also if your surrounded by grass and trees."

"It's sad that the assistant managers are allowed to bully the tenants. Making threats and trash talking about residents. The apartments are infested with roaches. No matter what I do bombing spraying roach traps nothing works. And I don't bother to have the apartment spray for me because they don't really do it they just charge you for it. Then they want to charge you if they are going to spray. Just get your own stuff and do your own apartment you'll spend less money and it'll be more effective. Don't get me started on the frequent gunfire, shootouts. Be careful, they will get you any way they can. They're real friendly and sweet till your lease is signed, or at least till after your first month. After that you're on your own, fight for yourself. They will impound your car as well. They tell you they have nothing to do with it., Then she makes the remark knowing the day that my car was supposed to be towed previously. I have been trying to get ahold of maintenance since about 4:30 p.m. 12 hours ago. I have not been able to get anyone to respond to any of my messages. The water heater has been pouring out water from upstairs. My storage room is about ready to cave in from all the water from above. The water is also coming into my apartment through the walls. 24 hours after I found the water upstairs pouring into my storage unit, I finally got it turned off. No thanks to anyone that works at the apartment complex. Got to take care of maintenance yourself. If you can get anybody to help you. Okay it's Tuesday afternoon now they never showed up to do anything. And my storage room ceiling finally caved in from all the water weight."

"I was living here for a year! The first month water wasn’t coming out properly! The second month I started to noticed a lot of roaches! A lot! It’s infested! I asked the front office said they would send someone. They never send a pest control man or any person in! When summer hit the apartment was always hot the air conditioner from the room wasn’t cooling at all and they would just say it was fine! That it felt hot because of how hot it was outside!"
