"Clean, well appointed apartment with two good-sized rooms and a living area that includes a sofa bed. It's in a great location near The Alamo. I've used this apartment building twice now - both times for attending a convention. It's ideal if you want to have a proper kitchen and in-room laundry facilities."

"After a lengthy online check in process where I felt like I was being booked into jail for my mugshot. I paid for 2 days of parking basically to find that it’s just a parking lot no security and downtown San Antonio is not the best place. Then there is the trek from parking to the entrance no carts to help unload. I have stayed at over laquintas . Just a cold bare floor. After this stay I am currently on I will never stay at another Sonder . Just the checkin process alone made me not want to stay. The other stuff is the icing."

"I had an amazing memorable stay thanks to one specific staff member. I’m not too surprised though. All of the Sonder staff are very welcoming, kind, and super helpful. But the one I came in contact with really made my day. She made my entire stay all the more better after letting me check in early on thanksgiving. Because of that, I got to spend a couple of hours extra with my boyfriend. I’m super grateful. Not to mention, the studio apartment was absolutely gorgeous, annndd clean. As if it were new. i stayed on the lower level(the basement). There were no windows. It felt very private and I loved it. I was very pleased. My boyfriend and I was extremely surprised how close it was to the river walk, and every thing else. We walked everywhere. I am glad to have spent my money on the Sonders and no where else. I was sooo sad when it was time for us to go. I wish I could add more stars. Absolutely memorable."

"Visiting San Antonio for a few days and stayed at Sonder. Loved this place!.. I downloaded the app and it was easy to check in with my phone, the mobile key through the app made it so convenient to get in and out the building and our room. We booked the two bedroom, and it was so nice and clean!. Beds and pillows very comfortable, slept like a baby.. Loved that there's two bathrooms also..(one in a bedroom and one in the main area) the only hiccup we had was finding our parking spot, we booked parking when we booked our room so we had a reserved spot. It does give you detailed instructions on how to find the parking spaces, but it was raining so we just couldn't get it together LOL, but you basically turn in at the green Best Western building into the Alamo parking lot, and you keep straight until you see the red and white signs saying reserved for sonder, it's kind of in between an apartment complex and the back of Alamo parking. Other than that, everything was pleasant! The housekeeper even found us right after we checked out the room bc I accidentally left my sunglasses, that was so sweet of her! I will definitely be staying again when I'm in the area, thank you!"
