"I've been living here since December 2021. I've had one major issue. My washers waterline wasn't connected when I moved in. I called the emergency line and the matter was addressed immediately. The water was cleaned up AND DRIED in no time. I haven't had any real issues since. Oh, I transferred units and the toilet was stopped up when i moved in. Within two days I had a brand new toilet! Honestly, this is the best complex I've experienced. Jordyn and Brittany are the best. Jordyn is our assistant manager. She's usually here alone. But she does a great job! No, she doesn't always answer the phone. It's because SHE'S WORKING. The proof is in how efficient things are done. Hector and Alonzo are a great team. Maintaining this complex isn't easy. But these guys do an outstanding job. It absolutely sucked while they were gone! And if nobody has said it, WE MISSED YOU GUYS!!! And that new paint color? Anterra bought this property and IMMEDIATELY began renovations and repairs. They came in and immediately freshened up this place. I didn't even know we needed it until it was done. New landscaping, picnic area and grills. New pool furniture. Reno'd the gym and pool restrooms. I am very happy to call Remington Ranch home!!!"

I have lived in over eight other apartments, and I have never felt so welcomed and cared for like they have made me feel. Look no further and rent here! "I lived there for 4 years, and took excellent care of my apartment, including saving it from being completely gutted and ruined during the flooding of the snowpocolypse. The apartment directly behind me had water lines bust, and in the dark and without power I sopped up the water coming through the walls and into mine, for hours. If I hadnt taken care of it, the two below me would have flooded. Nothing was ever done to fix my cracks in the walls, or repaint/repair walls from water damage, nor was I given any credit/rent break for all I did to protect the building and my apartment. When I first moved in I wasn't told anything about parking passes and my daughters car was towed at nearly a $200 cost to me, the first night we stayed there. The office just shrugged and said I should have read the signs. Not their problem. Then during Covid stay at home my ac broke and it took 6 weeks to get it fixed. I was given one portable ac for my entire 3 bedroom apartment during late spring/early summer. I couldn't have my kids stay in those conditions, so for 6 weeks I was alone. No rent break. Again, just a shrug. After paying my rent on time for 4 years, they sent me a ridiculous bill for cleaning, trash removal al, etc after moving out. I have contacted them numerous times disputing the bill, as I left the apartment clean and without trash. They have responded once with a "we'll look into it" reply. Today I was contacted by a debt collector and credit reporting agency. After never being discussed or contacted again. This place continues to show that its is poorly run and managed. I did like my apartment but the poor ownership and direction of management is a big reason for anyone to reconsider ever living here. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Great place to rent at. They up keep outside and inside appearance. Management is good always have good communication. And maintenance calls are done in a timely manner . Very pet friendly & they always have things to give out in front office for residents & can’t forget the food trucks. Good place would highly recommend"

"Going on my 2nd year here at Remington. I love that it’s mostly quiet, usually just hear people talking in the morning or few noises passing through-nothing too irritating. Management is a little slow they hardly answer the phone and don’t always show up when they say they’re open. However, maintenance is pretty good, every issue I’ve had was resolved in a few days. I love being on the 3rd floor away from everyone minus the heat, it gets really hot up here even when the A/C is on low 70s. The only thing I wish was better (at the moment) is parking and our gate. Parking sucks if you come home after 6pm especially if you want to park close to your door. also one of our gates is always open. Why have codes and gates if its never closed? I had one incident where someone was snooping around in my car, I guess I left it unlocked but nothing that I know of was taken. The pool area is nice as well, I had a small birthday party there last summer and it was perfect."
