"I absolutely love this complex! I’ve lived here 2 years going on 3 and I renew my lease here because every time I email the office or submit a work order it gets done! These ladies Barbara and Lillia are the best and Juan the maintenance is always on top of fixing things that I need!"
"Love it so far!! Just moved in this place is a step up from where I was before this so I might be a little biased I do have vid tho so see for yourself I got a 2 b 2 b… whoop whoop love the location and the complex"
"I have lived in the community for about a year and a half, and it is extremely cozy and comfortable. The floorplan is fantastic and the maintenance is outstanding. Juan has had to fix some issues in my apartment and he’s always been super kind and very diligent. Even on the weekend when I had an emergency call, he responded immediately and was at my door within 15 minutes ready to make the repairs. They have really tried hard to provide additional amenities for the residents by bringing in food trucks weekly and bi-monthly and offering events with the office team. All in all, I would recommend the community to people new to the area. It is close to great schools and terrific shopping. One drawback is price. It is a little expensive and electric bills tend to be higher than normal. In summer they range 300-400"
"I've lived here going on 6 months and I love it. My townhome is spacious and clean. Everything works. AC worked great all summer! It is a quiet and peaceful community. Although I have never had to call maintenance for anything, I always see maintenance staff out and about keeping the place in tip-top condition. When I applied, management was super quick to respond to my calls and emails and got me approved within just 3 days. All the staff here as always been incredibly friendly, respectful and prompt. I have not had one single complaint living here. I would definitely and have recommended these apartments to friends and family!"
"From the beginning we noticed things not properly either cleaned or fixed. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get a tour due to covid so we had to settle for the virtual but once we were in there, cabinets were not cleaned out yet it’s part of the checkout list. A/C is a major problem as the units seem to never have been cleaned out. Worst apartment units are the upstairs ones. Insulation is non existent, light bill was in the 400-500 dollar range due to the AC never cooling the apartment down. Balcony looks like they’re in the process of falling down as well. At first maintenance work orders either never got put in or took longer than a week. That’s probably the only thing that improved during our time there. IF you decide to rent there, hound them on all work orders, DO NOT give them an inch to breathe, ultimately for what you’re paying in price there you can’t go out and rent a house for about the same or cheaper. You think they’re there to help, don’t count on it."
