"If you're still having issues with no hot water, contact 311 and file a complaint. If 3 complaints are filed with 311 within a couple months, the Proactive Apartment Inspections department will verify those complaints by having a city inspector come out to the property. After complaints are verified as true, the property management company and/or owner has to fix problems immediately. If they do not fix the I issues within a short time frame, the owners and/or management company has to register the property with the department and will then be put on a watchlist. The registration fee is $100 per unit. 200 units multiplied by $100 = $20,000. The property will stay in that list until issues are resolved and can be made to stay in that list for several years in a row and have to pay the registration fee every year they are on the list."

"I was trying to rent a studio apartment for my son. He drives a scooter and the location of the apartment was quite a ways from his doorstep. He has a issue with his leg and the parking was not desirable, the scooter would be easy to haul away. I was talking to the agent and wanted to see if he could park in front of the apartment. Keep in mind I was just asking and Kendra the manager out of nowhere blurted out that it was not possible. She had a very stern look and would not even try and inquire or fact find or try to figure something out. She said if she approved it then she would have to approve it for all residents. Long story short, I had paid the fee to check credit etc. but with that kind of ugly attitude who wants to live there. Kendra needs some training in customer service skills. Perspective renters think twice before you rent here!!!!"

"Management is rude, isn't familiar with Texas states laws, had a recent increase on everyone's rentand are beginning to charge for utilities and Kendra is a real blank. She has no respect for her residents and fraudulently alters residents leases."

"Don't move in here they tell other tenants about you and issues you are having ! The are very rude and do not work with you or try to help in any way they have mice and swear they do not have a mice problem when I clearly can see them in my apartment they do not fix anything they have a big basket ball court that is literally always locked and no one can actually play so I'm guessing it's for show and there is NO HOT WATER SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE and you have to have the water running for almost and hour to get it warm they shut off the Water at random times for hours not just 2 or 4 I'm talking about from 10 in the morning to 10 at night !
