"If i could rate 0 i would!! This has to be a horrible horrible place to live, i lived here for a year and it has only ever been one issue after another, beginning with my neighbor. after the first week we’ve heard screaming, yelling, shouting, all from a man who’s probably on drugs. He bangs a chain around he invites a bunch of homeless people to the apartment and all the units below are vacant and get broken into all the time, they have crackheads and drug addicts lingering in there and it’s not safe at all. i have a baby and i can’t believe management allows a family to live in such a horrible unit. the two neighbors are constantly arguing and yelling and banging on the walls it is truly a nightmare to live here. not including the roaches and the sink being clogged for months now and no one has come to fix it along with the garbage disposal and dishwasher. even moving in they didn’t even take the paint splatters off the floors we had to scrape it off ourselves. supposedly this is a good area but this apartment does absolutely nothing for its residents except charge them and take their money. ever since this new manangement my rent has been 2x higher for no reason. there has been two times where they have came inside the apartment to do an inspection of the unit and i don’t even know why. can’t they wait until after i have moved out? there has been a dog problem with the neighbor where he doesn’t take care of it and it poops everywhere and had pooped on my mat and on my plants which i couldn’t even clean bc i was pregnant it has just been issues that have never been resolved, my husband has called the cops multiple times bc of windows being broken right beneath us and multiple multiple other incidents. the other tenants have completely ransacked their apartment and throw everything outside of their apartment and make a huge mess, flour everywhere trash everywhere shampoo everywhere it’s ridiculous this is why i am so glad to be leaving these horrid apartments and taking my family away and into safety!! it is no place for a family! this place is likely to turn up on the news soon!"

"Do not rent here, a waste of money! Somewhere in the lease it says we have to live with a lot of Rats!! Open service request since Dec.18th to cover holes and to remove a rat. 2 more in Jan and another one this month. I called Code Compliance 2 different times and still nothing has been done!! Heather was quick to bring me late fee charges, but still hasn't sent maintenance to fix the problem! She told me I'll send them When I can. I still would have been waiting to have a dead rat removed from behind the stove (Dec.18, 2023) I'M SERIOUS ABOUT NOT RENTING HERE! Building caught fire, the following month I'm being charged $15 for Ins. Without any notice of any kind."

"My wall is still caving in and these people here in the office haven’t done anything about it..I ask them over and over to send maintenance to look at the problem and find a way to fix it but NOTHING..this is disgusting living under these type of conditions especially with little kids… These are the worst apartments ever..Please do not move here…Save yourself the heartache and pain… it’s not worthy at all"

"I’ve lived here for 4yr when it was cordoba apartments and nothing has changed just the management. I’ve seen 4-5 different management teams come and go and I still experience the same issues no hot water, bugs, a fire burned down the units next to me. It’s getting worse and I’m finally ready to leave plus this is pretty much section 8 but, I think section 8 gets better treatment. If you move in here just know ur gonna have to sacrifice."

"I moved in in the summer. And the day I moved in there was no hot water. No hot water from anywhere in the apartment. I went to the office and they said maintenance would fix it within the week. Waited a week. Went to the office again and they said they would call me with an update and I waited for them to never call. Been to the office over and over and over and they keep telling me maintenance is going to fix it. Every ticket maintenance gets they wait a month or so and I get an email saying they 'resolved' my ticket it without doing anything to fix it. I called the emergency maintenance to make a request there too and nothing. Now it's December and I still have no hot water anywhere in my apartment. It's not even luke warm. I'm forced to take freezing showers. My mental and physical health hasn't been good because I've been struggling. This is straight up inhumane."
