"I have friend who lives there...there always seems to be a problem with front gate ..many time it is left open other people drive in at night trying to steal vehicles...I have had my vehicles broken i to at least three times...last year I actually caught an individual in my vehicle attempting to steal it...a few months ago several residents have vehicles broken into...a truck was stolen this weekend..the property does have cameras at both entrances but manager states they are inoperable and they are waiting for them to get fixed. Management knows their is a problem yet does not attempt to provide a solution."

"we have lived here about a month now and Desiree from the front office is literally amazing! She is so so knowledgeable about the process of applying and getting approved and had all the answers to our questions. She is a delight to work with and very positive, trustworthy, and kind. We were so lucky to be able to work with here, it was a pleasure."

"Horrible apartments. Horrible service. Doesn't care about tenants at all. My boyfriend's apartment got flooded from a pipe bursting on the third floor, they said they were going to fix it, they tore up the carpet and put some fans in the apartment- not sure they even turned them on, after 3 wks of staying in a hotel and spending so much money, he returned to the apartment only to find they had done NOTHING, and made zero progress. Just wanted to update this review for anyone curious- it took them 3 whole months to finish his apartment to be livable again, and they only fixed the carpet in 2/3 bedrooms."

"I’ve been living here at the apartments for 4 years now and it’s been good and bad experience. But the positive thing is the maintenance guy Miguel he keeps the apartments looking great and clean. “He makes a huge difference in how cleanly this property is and he makes this property a little safer. He is always kind and always gets everything fixed for my family. I couldn’t be more grateful. I will refer more people here because of him”"

"These are by far the best apartments I have ever lived in! I'm always greeted by name, whith a warm smile by Adrianna and Angel. They have always been very accommodating and efficient. Miguel the maintenance man is also very efficient in fixing anything, and always has a smile on his face. The apartments are kept clean and safe. I have been here 4 years and have never had any security issues. It's close to shopping and if you go to CBC Church it's 2 minutes away. I strongly recommend these apartments! They even had the food bank come here during the pandemic."
