"UPDATE: 3/4. I spoke to the Asst. Mgr. Nicole this morning regarding my 1 week deposit with no resolve. Why respond to my review if the end result is going to by the same? The apartment is still occupied and won't be available until mid-May. That is more than sufficient time. When did complexes keep a deposit before running an application? Lesson learned on my part! I have never been so disappointed!!! Lets see if regional mgr. will better assist? I sure hope he does because so far nobody there on the White Rock Community team cares about customer service! I am very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. I left an application fee and a 300.00 deposit because I was told I needed to leave that in order to hold the apartment. I was told the 175.00 application fee was non-refundable and I was okay with that since that is the standard pricing for most apartment communities to run a background and credit check. However, I distinctly remember the leasing agent Kass telling me that my deposit would be refundable if I decided not to move in. A week after my application was approved, I decided I to renew my lease at my current residence due to some medical procedures coming up. I was informed that my 300.00 security deposit was non-refundable since it was past 24 hours. As you can imagine, I was very disappointed since I was not given this information at the time I submitted my application. In fact, I was specifically told that it was refundable and that the only part non-refundable was my application fee. Who does this and what kind of customer service message is this sending to other prospective renters? Only a week passed since I submitted my application. I could understand if it was more than a week? I have attempted to reach out to the management company and owner Lawrence Fernandez so I've been told. We will see if I can get my security deposit back. Please use caution if you decide to go here. Do not leave a security deposit until you have an approval on your application first! I wish I had know that White Rock was going to treat me in this manner. I would have considered moving in at a later time after my surgery and other medical procedures but now I'm not so sure as I have been left with a very bad first impression!"

"Excellent place to live! The staff are super friendly and on top of things and Kass was great to work with during the leasing process. One thing I wasn't expecting when I was looking was the waiting list, so make sure to apply early here."

"MOVE IN HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT ! White rock is beautiful and wonderful. The front desk staff is nice and always helpful. Hali is the best ! MAINTENANCE WAS SENT DIRECTLY FROM HEAVEN!!! Anytime I put in a work order it was almost always down within 24hours. They rock, they are dog friendly and people friendly too :) if I didn’t move into a house I would’ve stayed at white rock forever ! Thank you to the staff and maintenance for being the first GOOD apartment complex I’ve ever had !"

I got the chance to worked with them for a season, so I know how committed the staff are, to improve and keep doing it every day as humanly possible to make us happier. Because the office ladies staff Hali, Kass and Lori, that always are at their best disposition and with patience, to help and solve our needs. I have to mention that they are truly amazing, they solve promptly, good managing duties as far they can, to have our Homes on point with the help of the maintenance team that take care us as well. The pool is clean and sharp, great gym, and their maintenance team is super dependable, friendly, and quick..Honestly, Whiterock has truly been as their name entails...my home."
