"I haven’t had AC since I’ve moved in. It’s clearly a problem because I saw other apartments with window units. After two months without getting it fixed I get a window unit, it’s a 106 degrees outside and I do pay my rent. Courtney wants to threaten people about screens that are already busted! Is that more important than your tenants health. Black stuff coming out the bathtub faucet. No shower but have the nerve to have a shower head. Never complained about any of that but to suffer the heat when your bills are paid…No, that’s absolutely unreasonable."
