"This place is good. Tenants smoking cigarettes and weed perpetually causing other tenants' units to wreak of the smell is probably my biggest caveat here. Building 1 pretty much has this cigar factory with rave nights thing going on and is kind of dumbfounding since the leasing office is literally in the proximity and this being a facility where any smoking is prohibited. Other caveat here is the lack of propane in the cookout pavilions and when you want to grill something (which to be honest is usually in the colder months) it is impossible to do ...on both sides of the UC grounds. Maybe the final issue is the problem with people not picking up after themselves and / or after their dogs. ...but really, overall ok. I hope this new HEPA filter in my unit works to dissipate the smoke scent from my unit as it will be pretty bad come summer and all you can feel is the heat and all you can smell is the cancer stixs."
"I lived at Urban Crest for about 4 years and I really enjoyed my time there. They had a lot of amenities that I appreciated (gym, clubhouse, cookout areas, and pools). I really enjoyed the staff that work there; they were kind and helpful including Rebecca and her team, and they put on community events and that was awesome. I really appreciated Rick and all his help to support the needs of my apartment. During my first year, Urban Crest went through a management change and the community became nicer (tiling the floors, gardening aspects, furniture updates, game features, etc.). However, the things I did not appreciate were that the gym equipment kept breaking; I lived in building 6 and apparently that building is having foundation issues: my living room back wall corner was cracked from ceiling to floor; the area above my sink in my kitchen became infested with mold due to a water pipe leaking due to said shift and ants became present around the kitchen and sink areas; the tile outside my apartment door was cracked from side-to-side. Ultimately, I moved out because I needed more space, but I surely would have made the change based on the information I stated as that does not make for a good living environment."
"Edit - January 2023: Problem rectified with dual trash bins. Still a bummer recycling is gone but whatever. Though, it's a shame that residents here don't know that trash goes inside the bin. It's like people here never took out their own garbage before and need point by point instructions on how to put trash into a bin. November 2023: Recycling is now gone. Note: I live here. I have to keep a hidden online presence due to my employment."
"Sonya did a fantastic job assisting my mom and I with the move in process. She was extremely efficient, with a very pleasant attitude & countenance! Our initial experience touring the apartment complex was the most enjoyable compared to others, and we were sold immediately. Would recommend."
"I've lived here over a month now and so far things are great. Sonya (spelling) is the true MVP. She helped me a lot with the move-in process and is quick to respond with any issues. The maintenance is great too."
