"Great Service from Sara I recently visited this apartment complex and had the pleasure of meeting Sara Franco, who works there. Although I ultimately didn't end up renting at this particular place, Sara provided exceptional service and took the time to show me everything that the apartment complex had to offer. Sara's professionalism and attentiveness were impressive. She patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities, and even took me on a tour of the available units. Her dedication to ensuring that potential renters are well-informed and taken care of is commendable. If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and make your apartment search a pleasant experience, I highly recommend contacting Sara. "Former Resident from 2021 to 2023 Pros: -Incredibly Responsive Maintenance!!! Better than any of the 3 other apartments I have lived in! -Staff are very accommodating, helpful, and courteous -The hours for the complex's amenities are very convenient -Fun complex-wide events (see attached for a sushi roll I made at a class here) -Location is magnificent, if I could stay here I would! Cons: -Construction around the complex limits access to the parking garage and makes it harder for guests to find their way to nearby parking (this will probably be resolved within a year or two I'd imagine) -If you're a light sleeper, some apartments near the garage and nearby construction might be problematic"

"Hubby and I had a comfortable weeks stay at our apartment. Plenty of room. Large kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer was a huge help. The free gated parking was nice. Close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. CVS was located across the street for your convenience. Great coffee shop downstairs. We had no complaints, I only have a few suggestions for our place; a TV in the bedroom and a dresser to place your clothes in for the week. I felt as though the building suits couples more than families with children. We would definitely use Sonders again if we visit SA again!"
