"an honest review after living here for a year. this place sucked. they are not accommodating whatsoever to military. we needed our lease extended by a WEEK due to husbands orders and they were not wanting to work with us at all. we were respectful and just needed to stay just ONE more week. we couldn’t just leave, we had a 4 month old baby and we wouldn’t have anywhere to stay. after asking nicely and explaining the situation, we had to speak to regional and real estate attorneys to make sure WE COULD stay there, because forcing military to leave when they cannot is illegal. the office staff is so so rude. victoria was always the only nice one, elizabeth was so disrespectful for a manger. does not care about customer service at all. the gates to the complex were always broken and left open which meant on multiple occasions we always had homeless people and drunk people wandering the complex. on numerous occasions we had to call 911 for our car being broken into TWICE and drunk people pounding on our door at 3am. when we tell the office to complain it was always “i’m so sorry that happened”. they never work to make anything better. the complex is so dirty. the breezeways are full of trash and there are roaches EVERYWHERE. we had three friends in the complex and they also experienced roaches in their drains all the time. when we MOVED IN, in jan 2023, almost all of our appliances were non functional. washer, toilet, shower, and dish washer. on the second day our toilet flooded the whole bathroom. our shower wouldn’t turn on, and the washer would just shut off right after you turned it on. also every single month like three times they would turn off the community’s water, constantly. there is no amount of money that could ever make me recommend this place to live. there are so many better options in san antonio that aren’t on the side of the highway, next to a bar, surrounded by drunk people and homeless people who stay under the bridge, because the random people DO come into the complex. our first apartment experience was decent, if knew then how it was going to be we would’ve chosen somewhere else."

"Excellent Main Office Staff. Always attentive and courteous. The maintenance is responsive and rarely does an incident take longer than a day to resolve. The amenities are nice and always improving. Don't have to deal with many trashy neighbors. Ooh and dog friendly!"

"They need to Do better with sending out emails when it comes to keeping Tenants aware of what’s happening within the apartments. The gates are always breaking and usually we all just deal with it because they get fixed…eventually. This past week has been frustrating not being able to enter/exit out of one of the two main gates and no emails were sent out to notify the tenants. Everyone’s only option was to drive all the way to the front to enter and exit the apartments. The gates are now fixed and still no email has been sent out to let everyone know they don’t have to go all the way around to the front to exit/enter anymore."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Cars stolen from the parking lot, the water is shut off of "repairs" over and over again, everything is breaking down or falling apart yet they recently RAISED the rent. I asked them why and they just said "well, the market". I was also incorrectly charged extra on my rent payment multiple times and had to jump through hoops to get it resolved. They will gladly take as much of your money as possible and give you the bare minimum in return. Worst place I've ever lived, and I've lived in some pretty low quality places."

"These are beautiful apartments but unfortunately they don’t function properly. - We moved here in December 2022 and our dishwasher had old food sitting in the bottom of it from the previous resident. - they’re constantly shutting the water off for “maintenance” reasons. - We can smell everything our neighbors are doing INSIDE our apartment. (Luckily they don’t smell that bad) - Our toilet struggles to flush - it smells like sewer outside our apartment building. - there’s never any parking available But on the bright side - we never get roaches inside our apartment - we have a one bedroom & it is very big for the price we pay. - it does have that “luxury” look to it."
