"I’ve been living here a little over 1.5 years and it’s time for me to leave. This apartment has seen its ups and downs with management but it’s better now that the old management was fired. From my experience, this place has been quiet and the neighbors have been nice for the most part and kept to themselves. I enjoy walking my dog in the woods near by and it’s peaceful. I’ve lived on the third floor and it gets brutally HOT in the summers because it’s an old building. My energy bills have been EXPENSIVE and with old management would get charged for “ miscellaneous” things on my account. My Air conditioner has gone out on numerous occasions but the maintenance guys are the BEST I’ve encountered with apartments. There are plenty of kids because the schools near by but it’s not noisy. Parking is good and there hasn’t been any thief’s or vandalism from my experience. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it’s not the most attractive complex and the pool, gym, and dog park are all tiny. I don’t regret renting here and maybe your experience could be better."

"This apartment complex is starting to appear and look like ghetto projects from the worse sides of towns. Management is a huge problem.She has a lot to do with this current situation.This so-called Manager Victoria is just on property to collect a paycheck. From what I see and how she acts. She also has a on going situation with her downstairs neighbor. What kind of a Manager fights with her on neighbor.She doesn’t care about the tenants. She will step on whoever she needs to! We all feel not at peace living here thanks to her and some other people.I don’t understand why every time there is a new Manager they automatically change rules and start messing with people! It’s bad enough these apartments change Mangers every few months. Besides Joe Segura the Manger from a few yrs ago to present time “Kristy” that works at this location part time is a great person. She actually cares, it would be nice if we could keep her as Management. Sad to say but these apartments have gone down hill in a bad way. Now you walk around and it also looks like a Reform School like no life lives here. An As if tenants have no Rights. Which is not true tenants do have Rights and there being violated. Maybe Corporate will see our concerns and do something about it. Dallas isn’t that far that we can’t drive over there to express our concerns."
