"We moved my grandmother in September of 2020, all of the staff have been amazing. From all the hard workers in the office and their maintenance worker Kevin, It has been the most inviting and comfortable community for her and we know she is in good hands!"

"I lived in a 1 bedroom for many years and never had any problems. Minor things but never anything major. Then I moved to a 2 bedroom and it had a roach problem. They did all they could to get rid of them. Constant spraying and clean out with pest control. But unfortunately, I think it was coming from the neighbors who were filthy. So we ended up leaving before the lease was up. These apartments are old and in need of upgrades. The paint on the cabinets is super thick and sticky. The refinishing jobs on the tubs only last so long. But honestly, if I could be guaranteed an apartment that was bug free, I would probably go back. I loved it there and it was my home for many years. I don’t blame the management company at all because they really did try to make things right for me. I will also mention that they were trying to get me into another apartment but we ultimately couldn’t keep living w bugs and a first floor never came available and we had to have a first floor for medical reasons."

"I just moved back to Ohio, but I really liked the Villas. Great place, great front office with friendly staff. They have fun little get-togethers once a month. It was clean and safe… I saw zero crime. No bug problems, friendly neighbors. Maintenance was quick for any problems. It’s also walking distance to lots of good places… local pubs, pizza, a French cafe, a great coffee place, and many other restaurants. It’s also next to a Walgreens and a gas station. If I go back to SA the Villas is on the top of my list for an apartment."

"Pros: The apartments are in a great location and the staff is nice and professional. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean which is always appreciated. The complex is smaller and has great trees especially in the area we are located in. Cons: We have had a bit of a problem with the upkeep mostly. The grounds could use some cleaning and some paint. The lights could be cleared of bugs. The apartments are older, so all cabinets have a thick coat of paint, and the tub and shower floors are chipping due to bad refinishing jobs. The usual old apartment stuff. Otherwise, the apartments are good."
