"Super super dirty. Gate just lets anyone in. Dog waste everywhere so kids can’t even play. Very few dog waste cans, all broken and empty/not stocked. Back gate doesn’t open. Dog park all mud. Trash blown outside fence instead of picked up."

"Had a good experience staying at this apt complex. Staff made it an easy process to get qualified. No issues with room and for the price you can’t beat. You have quick access to downtown, stores and schools."

"I don’t recommend. Trash is not picked up regularly and when it’s not, stray cats get to it then you end up picking it up. Took maintenance 3 moths to look at my washer. People from the neighborhood come after hours to use the amenities. There’s no security after hours. Someone hit our vehicle while parked and it was our loss. Loud parties after hours at the pool. someone had a master key that previously worked there and was stealing residents mail. The customer services was horrible when I first moved it. But most of all I had to clean my own apartment there was Soo many nats coming out of the garbage disposal and all in the refrigerator dead. They paint over EVERYTHING so the paint is easily peeled. No one picks up after their pet so there is poop everywhere. These are pictures when I first moved in"
