"This place is not up to code! I’ve seen my fair share before leaving and oh my god is this not a place to live. You will have things stolen if you even leave it out just for a few minutes no matter the time. The walls are cracked there’s nothing that screams “ah yes I would love to live here. The price is not in no way comparable to the building itself, rats live here as well. The people it self there’s highs and lows but notice there no other reason to stay here unless there’s no other place."

"It is an older complex but it’s very well kept. For the most part tenants are quiet and friendly. The apartments are large and well spaced and up graded also the rent is affordable . Parking can be a bit of an issue but only on occasion."

"I want to thank the property manager Madasta for all her kind hard work because of her i get to call this place home ! I see this complex on top of everything and I can say they are always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants from maintenance to hospitality to keeping this place looking and feeling good."

"My cousin recently exterminated over 64 rats in less than two weeks time without any acknowledgement or concern from management after complaints were voiced... I can still hear rodents traversing the walls and attic spaces between floors.. I've even complained for my cousin and management states that's a tenant issue."

"It's not the best living place but as my first apartment I love it, I've never had a really big problem here, the apartment manager is so sweet and understanding. Maintenance is always on top of everything, I've never has any roaches, I did have a small rat problem but maintenance fixed it. They do offer free WiFi and cable which saves a lot of money and not many places on the southside will do that. Overall it's a great place, they keep it clean, it's a month to month lease and I guess you really just pay for what you get. I recommend it to people all the time"
