"New management Been living here since last management, ever since new management has taken over things have gone downhill progressively. The manager Eric is very hard to get a hold of he’s never there and when he is, he’s hiding in his office never wanting to deal with a situation. I’ve previously had issues with a tenant playing loud music throughout the night and when the one and only time I got a hold of Eric he seemed to not care or want to deal with the situation. I’ve had to call SAPD numerous times about it and even emailed the police report over to Eric and it remained an ongoing problem until that neighbor left. Eric always seems to be “too busy” but the times I have seen him in the office he’s sitting and on his cellphone. We had some questions that needed to be answered and was time sensitive that never got answered. The assistant manager never has an answer to anything and always has to email Eric for everything. We were also told to email Eric ourselves and waited 2 weeks for a response. I understand that they get “busy” but 2 weeks to respond to an email is unacceptable. The assistant manager had argued with me in front of other tenants as well and is very unprofessional. They no longer have security so we do have break ins in vehicles, rent has gone up, roach infested, trash throughout the parking lot, water is frequently getting shut off. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
"Place is infested with roaches. They have a serious mold problem. They just changed management and is so hard to get things fixed or get a hold of anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Pricing compared to lots of places is reasonable but for what you get in return, not worth it. Wish I could upload pictures."
"Terrible place to live, multiple issues interior and exterior. No cameras are placed for our protection vehicles are constantly being destroyed (NO SECURITY) ever! I would give a 0 Star. DON’T MOVE HERE."
"**New Management** October 2022. If you need a printed lease, according to the front office “we don’t do that here”, needed one for my child’s school and they wouldn’t print one. If you get fleas in your apartment, expect to pay OUT OF POCKET FOR TREATMENT even if you don’t have pets. Fleas have now appeared in my unit and I don’t have pets and according to the front office “neither do we so why should we pay”.Previous Management did not allow pets and when I pointed this out to the New Management team they said “Neither do we” yet they advertise as pet friendly and I’ve seen a lot more dogs. This is the 1st time I’ve run into a community that will sacrifice customer satisfaction to save a few bucks. The cost to live here increased by roughly 15% compared to the last ownership group for current residents and they are now charging Market Rents for new residents. This place has frequent water outages, I assume due to age. Just be sure and ask all questions of all possible scenarios before you decide to move here. If it’s not in writing it doesn’t matter what you’re told when it comes to apartment living. Best of luck to existing and future residents. **copy of lease was asked for at the end of may ‘23 so your response is inaccurate. New lease was signed 4/23** Furthermore the only addendum regarding a pest that the resident would be held liable for is the Bed Bug addendum there is NO addendum regarding fleas. Fleas can actually travel through vents and walls and yes there are other units within my building that host pets and have hosted pets. I would hope that an infestation would not be necessary in order to get the appropriate treatment and I strongly feel that it is NOT my responsibility to pay for such treatment when I have no pets. The “inspection” performed was a 3min visit to my unit by the pest control team. I was told by the young lady at the front office “we don’t print leases for anyone” maybe a coaching opportunity is in order regarding company policy."
"Lived here for 7 years. Great place to live. Very affordable. We just got a new management team so things have gotten a lot better. Nice pool. Has 2 laundry mats for the and a laundry mat very close nearby. They might not look that great on the outside but have a spacious interior. Small kitchen but I really have no complaints."
