"Basically if you need something fixed it’s takes management days maybe even weeks for it to get done. But if you’re late on rent a single day you owe 95$ then out if no where you owe 200$ and the expect to be paid the same week even if your apartment needs fixing! If you’re looking for apartments take your time and pass these up. Yes the apts huge but management SUCKS!!!"

"This place was only chosen due to my roommate background and no other places allowed him or wanted lots more for down payment. But for general people with no background issues, don’t bother here. You don’t have an on call for issues on after hours. Twice the boiler room next door to my bedroom busted over the weekend of all times around Friday evening. No on call and could hear water hitting the wall on the other side. Then the water leaks through the closets carpet and it’s a mess. All weekend till Monday at 9am when they open. Then the respond is ok we will check it out, then have to be reminded about the water damage in the closet with no hurry to clean up or attention to it. One time they used my personal small fan that was in my room to dry the carpet … smh! Other times the sink backs up again till next day and when they do come by leave a mess from making holes in the wall and have to be reminded to clean up and patch up the hole. Plus the parking lot is good at times the cover and all but it never fails. It’s become a car lot of broken down cars, mechanics at all times working on their cars late hours and if you live downstairs next to the parking lot with the windows next to it you hear it all. Roaches everywhere, the bedroom had a full morgue of them. That’s one thing that they show up dying or dead but still that they made inside. I would really consider looking elsewhere, but if this is your cup of tea by all means then. Do your Reasearch and investigate before moving. Plus side here is that two beds come with two restrooms and plenty of space and shelf’s."

"Management says they will fix something & it doesn’t get done, they just recently started to patch up holes in the wall by the office, the laundry room is small & there’s only 4 washing machines & dryers in the entire complex that are not very well kept up! & they don’t a check of the property to insure safety, for residence, I had the light go out and n the patio of my apartment for months & no one bothered to replace the bulb, had to use a flashlight in my hall so I can see to get in my apartment, overall management needs to be more open to make sure the apartments are maintained a lot better & up to standard!"

"Currently a residence here and just want to warn everyone this is a badly managed apartment the office seems to just tell you things to get you out of there face and then boom you get hit with something else not to mention your lucky if u see the same person in the office twice. These are older apartments that need alot of work so you would think they try to help and keep residence happy but the communication between property and management and residence is bad..there is a bug problem but I take it upon myself to spray my house weekly and not to mention u look at the walls and see nothing but patching..I give it a 1 star because if you can get around all that its liveable just be ready to be argue with some people. These apartments need help I was sold by the location because its close to work nothing else."

"1st - BEDBUGS 2nd - Water Damage all through out the apartment from leaks. We had a light bulb in the ceiling fixture that would half fill with water every time it rained. 3rd - Maintenance would never fix anything, including the broken breaker box in the master bathroom. 4th - Holes in the walls. 5th - Went without power in my kitchen for over 5 months. I paid a lawyer to send a certified letter to the office manager for violation of the lease from refusal to make repairs. surrendered the keys and vacated. These jerks put it on my credit report and will now never answer the phone when I try to call them. Don't live here... Unless you have no other choice."
