"My car has gotten broken in 3 times since moving here March of 2022. The management team has refused to fix my heater and ac since 12/29/2024. The apartment glass doors and large windows make it freezing Temps and unbearable high Temps. I have already put in 6 different request and they keep completing the request without fixing anything."

"Don't waste your money here. They've gone through about 5-6 different management teams since I've moved in a year ago, and surprisingly enough nothing has been fixed since then. They delete Work Orders, maintenance rarely shows up, they add on random fees, and 8/10 times you're going to be met with some type of attitude from the people working in the main office. This place has bug infestations, water damage from all of the leaks, and they just paint over any major damages in the unit. The parking lot is a nightmare, you will have your car broken into or stolen, and the cameras they have around the complex do not work so good luck trying to get them to help make a police report."

They increased They rent but barely have any protection for vehicles and need to pay for covered parking. This place is a hot spot to get your car stolen"

"I had a great tour with Jordan. The property looks much better than it did last year. The pool is amazing, I have never seen another apartment pool that large outside of new luxury apartments."
