"Nothing great about these apartments can't wait to move out. Been paying 200 a month for water but they say they can't do anything about it so obviously something fishy is going on here but just waiting to move cause these apartments aren't worth 1800 a month Here we are November 25th 2023 and still no hot water i will be without hot water going on 5 days now and im not the only one i called multiple times to get it fixed but nothing office closed early on Wednesday so I couldn't even get to someone called there stupid emergency maintenance number 3 times now and still nothing. I honestly think they just put they have emergency maintenance but they don't have one cause I have called for multiple things and never have gotten anyone to come from no hot water to no water to water leaking from my ceiling please please please don't move here they are scammers and never get anything fixed. I'm not the only one there are more residents here that have more complaints so before even looking into this place just know they are not good. Some of the apartments even have black mold in the ventilation system I know cause they tried moving me into one and I rejected it so do your research on this place first utilities are not in your name so you will getting the 200s bill from the apartments I think it's to cover up the fact that they are only 30% occupied so they need the money they are loosing DONT MOVE HERE if I could give no stars I would"

"This Apartment Complex is currently under investigation. They are breaking 2 Laws as of now. Failure to comply with their lease contract. They have the nerve to tell me I need power of attorney to receive any information regarding my matter. Sending a warning to the public do not rent here! It is hazardous and the property owners are not interested in the safety of their tenants. Don’t waste your money here or your health. It’s not worth it!!!!"

"DONT LIVE HERE! Me and my husband moved from VA TO TX and have been living here for over a year now, and we are definitely not renewing our lease this time around. Our bathroom ceiling hasn’t been fixed and it’s been well over a year since it hasn’t been fixed. We’ve been out of AC for about 5 months now. We continue to have roaches no matter how much we clean or have a pest guy occasionally spray in the apartment. We had to set our own traps as well. There also isn’t ever anyone in the office and they never answer are calls or give us updates on when things will be fixed. It is disgusting."
