Police presence numerous times for domestic abuse and loud fights we are scared. Hope owner can do something to make it a peaceful place"

"My spouse and I have called and left voicemails a handful of times, we've gone to the leasing office a handful of times and there hasn't been a return call nor anyone present at the office. They have a sign that says office hours but they're never open during those hours. We've also contacted PMI property management who owns the property and they refer us back to the complex management. We're simply trying to gain information about leasing here."

I lived there when they built the Dunkin Donuts in front of the complex and that was awesome!! The old owners made a great impression on us and the new owners are just as considerate of their tenants. If you don’t mind not having a pool or gym and you want a great quality apartment, this is a good choice."

"We lived here for almost 3 years. I loved that the apartments were super spacious, nicely remodeled and how small the complex was. Anytime we needed anything fixed, which wasn’t often, it was taken care of in a decent time frame. We never had any issues regarding safety and everyone who lived there was friendly. My son would often run around playing hide and seek with other kids who lived there. We also were never charged for anything other than our rent and received our entire deposit back when we moved out."
