"The staff does great work to keep this property maintained. Shae and Elizabeth go above and beyond. Andrew the property manager should get more credit for his contributions. The maintenance team will not disappoint. Never seen anyone fix a garbage disposal in under 5 minutes. The units feel like townhomes and not apartments. Tell your friends to come visit and lease. Chris"
"Just wanted to leave a review as I had a great experience visiting this community. The management team was very attentive and welcoming. Andrew's customer service was exceptional and answered every question I had. Please let the team know how great of a job they are doing. Thanks again."
"The worst apartment experience on northside san antonio, work orders never get done and when i meet someone at heb that lives here too and they say they put in a maintenance request 6 MONTHS PRIOR and its still not done, thats an issue. But i completely agree with the fact that its wrong for what they charge. And the office good luck talking to someone unless its by email because they leave there “be back by…” sign, idk who sets that sign up but there never there. Used to be a decent place when it was REGENCY now they treat their renters like garbage. UPDATE 2 months now and still my work orders haven’t been completed (from 6months ago)"
"I love living here. My apartment is so cute and I feel much safer coming home to a garage you enter in through, which most apartments charge extra for, If they even offer it to tenants. However here you get nice amenities plus garage included with most units. It feels more like a home than an apartment here. The manager Andrew has been wonderful , very down to earth, and very responsive to all my requests. Its been a pleasure having him here as the manager. The rest of the staff is friendly as well."
"2nd UPDATE: 02Sep22: maintenance/move-in items still not completed. Lol. 5 months now. UPDATE 4Jun22: Apartment staff replied to this post stating they would be in contact. Never happened. I called front desk staff 4 times this week and left at least 2 voicemails with no response. Maintenance went in to fix my fans while I was away for work. They climbed up on my couch and on my bed with dirty shoes leaving footprints. Will post a photo. Completely unprofessional. Terrible move-in experience. Avoid at all costs! Still have incomplete blinds, no window screens, and you are required to pay $35/month for Valet Trash that will NOT get picked up. A formal complaint has been filed with BBB for services not rendered. I had high hopes for this new apartment prior to move-in. The location is nice and quiet being just north of the big city. The apartments come with a garage, which is a huge bonus when not having to deal with parking. Finally, the price was great for the location, the size, and the garage. But after move in, you start to feel like the price isn't actually worth it. It has now been one month and one week since I moved in and none of the service requests I have submitted with two different front desk staff have been addressed. I moved in to cabinets that were literally falling off the walls in the kitchen because someone had anchored them to the dry wall, not the studs. The new blinds they installed in the living room are incomplete and missing base covers (photo). The ceiling fans swing and knock as if they're going to fall off the ceiling. Floors are covered in paint and base boards were never properly installed (photos) prior to move in. All screens on the patio windows are missing (photos). Bathroom shower grout is moldy (photos). Cabinets all throughout the apartment are in terrible shape (photos) and some don't even close properly. All I can do at this point is keep bugging the staff and hope these things get fixed, because regardless of the apartment's condition, you can darn well bet they will be expecting your full month's rent on the first of the month."
