"Where do I start, the pictures are pretty much everyday I know all the tenants see this things are bad here we get find for ever little thing but apartment can do what they want! Rose it's a Great worker the maintenance workers are great as well! That been said not all staff BBB needs to be involved walls on each floor has water damage even most units this places has a serious roach problem the owner needs to get involved asap! I could keep going on trash rooms are now locked people still throw trash everywhere the pool is usually a mess out side looks a mess this places needs a real renovation upgrade maybe some new staff definitely New Management Nadia needs to be replaced it was better off when it was cevallos loft's this apartment is out of control!"

"Roach motel. Location is awesome and that’s where the good things to say ends. The apartment was given to me dirty and the people who lived before here before me were disgusting. When I asked them to fix it they suggested that I pay their cleaning crew to clean it. They fine you on anything as quickly as possible and tow your car for any reason within 5 minutes of you parking."

"My family and I have lived at Trove for the last few years and I am thankful for the management team! They were very helpful and empathetic towards my father prior to his passing. The maintenance staff has always responded professionally to any issues I’ve submitted and have resolved them quickly. Location is perfect and in walking distance to every spot here near Blue Star & King William. The pool is always great in the summer and the bbq pits make our family days even more enjoyable! The girls in the office are the best! Always courteous, respectful and kind. Maintenance are always prompt at addressing and fixing any work orders."
