"If your looking for a nice, quiet comfortable place to live I suggest you ride right pass these... And keep going until you get to the nicer ones around the corner. This place can't even keep management, they went through 4managers within a three month period,,even they can't stand being here. You have a on call ,part time employee/ tenent that works only in emergencies, that's who they call the maintenance man.what they deem is an emergency. Only 1 dumpster on the whole property so hopefully you live on the side with the one overflowing smelly dumpster or else take a lunch because your going on a journey walking all around the entire complex to dump your trash and if your lucky and don't turn on the lights maybe the roaches or stray cats will help you."

"Literally the worst group of neighbors I’ve ever had in an apartment complex! All of the neighbors surrounding me are extremely loud at all times of the day. Even at night, past midnight when I’m trying to sleep. I regret signing an 18 month lease when Myra was still here. I wish I could move in 12 months or sooner. & no matter how much we clean & have pest control, there’s always roaches…"

"After applying for a one bedroom apartment this month, Myra and Euniss were top notch with helping me submit forms and other documents i needed in order to get approved quickly and move in within a couple of days. Once moved in i made a request for a screen for my patio door and i had a new one installed the very next day. The staff have been really professional and if you’re looking for a place that you can pay all the rent and utilities to a complex directly, i highly recommend Windrush."
