"This is, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of residing in. Every employee of the management company, sans the maintenance staff, are very skilled in passing the the responsibility to someone else. If you call with an issue and speak to the leasing agent he will tell you that you have to speak to the assistant manager or manager. If you speak to the assistant she will say that you need to speak to the manager. Speak to the manager and she will say you need to speak to corporate. Nothing will EVER get better or fixed. It's almost as if they are all reading, "How to make money while ignoring your residents concerns. Everything the previous posters have mentioned is accurate. The water leaks on the property are still there. Instead of fixing the leaks what they did is just go from flat rate water charge to submetered billing by a 3rd party billing company. The water/sewer charge has DOUBLED in the past 3 months because of this. Now instead of the owners having to cover the excess water charge from the leaks; all of the tenets get stuck having to pay for their lack of responsibility. Building and parking lot safety lights? They're all still broken and not working. For one of the safety lights they just ripped the whole post out of the ground and now in it's place is just the exposed junction box and electrical wiring. VERY safe for pets. If you value your sanity and really want to live where you feel like you are getting your money's worth; DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! Also, to the RPM Living corporate stooge who is reading this and planning to reply with your redundant garbage corporate script about valuing residents; do not waste your time. I will be taking some time this weekend to walk the property and denote/photograph all of the leaks and other local/state ordinance issues this management company/it's contractors are currently violating and reporting them to the appropriate agencies."

"If you love roaches you’ll love it here! Lived here for 2 years. The first year was not that bad (even though the sheriffs department is always there and someone was stabbed and left blood on my roommates car). The last year was awful. Roaches were a daily occurrence even after placing Raid every day. And we were in the 3rd floor. Talking to some of our neighbors, they also experienced the same issue. I know San Antonio was rated #2 as roachiest city but my goodness. Be careful with management as well. They lose your paperwork and don’t really care about you. These new people are horrible and the new trash policy is ridiculous. They are from Austin so go figure that they want to charge us and leave us with a balance. I can definitely post way more stuff but don’t want to waste my time writing this so you have been warned. Most of the bad reviews are a fair REAL WORLD assessment of this place. Anyone giving a 5 star is lying."

"I'm only giving 4 starts because I feel there's always room for improvement no matter what. I have read several of the negative reviews and I have not had these experiences at all. I have only been here about 8 months but it's been a great experience. The complex is beautiful, maintenance and office staff have been great! There have been several changes since I've been here but as of now I have no complaints at all!"

"Everyone was really helpful when it came to my move in. The manager Ashlie and leasing agent Jeremee were very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the whole move in process!! The maintenance supervisor, Fernando was quick to response to all maintenance request. I absolutely love my new apartment and new community! It’s super quiet here as well!!"

"I wanted to give a 4.8 but only a 5 was available. However, these apartments are great and beautiful. I just move here but management has been very helpful and responsive. They are attentive as well when you have questions. They always reach back within 24 hours. The maintenance man works hard and can be seen throughout the apartment complex working. The community area are amazing as well including the pool area which is very clear and clean water to swim in. It is also quiet throughout the day. The only reason I wanted to give a 4.8 is because the spiders and spiders webs that built up in my apartment, when I moved in. Apparently, it was empty for some time, judging by the dust that collected inside the apartment as well. Since the spiders are small I have to be vigilant. However, they do have pest control and I know how to keep my place clean. Overall, the place is great and management is really nice and helpful. I am happy with my decision to live here."
