"The gates are always down and locked up so you have to use the main entrance. The gate app never works and it's really frustrating. The windows here are very old and make a scraping sound when you open and close and they get stuck sometimes and you have to use all your strength just to close the window. Also beware there has been several mail box break ins in this location. Several cars have also been broken into here. Don't be fooled by the location. Dog owners don't pick up theirs dogs poop. It's everywhere. Do not rent the washer and dryer from them because if they mess up they charge you $500 and say you water damages the floor. The dishwasher is old and also leaks water. Maintenance is constantly coming by to fix something. There's flying roaches if you walk your dog at night. There's better out there that's more affordable. The garage is also expensive."

"I can’t say enough good things about this complex. Any complex who has maintenance come out ASAP (literally within minutes) to fix a broken AC unit should be highly praised and never let go! On top of excellent maintenance, the community is quiet, kept up, and always looking for ways to improve. Highly recommend."

"This experience has been one of the most pleasant and easiest I’ve ever gone through. Erica S was the one who helped me and walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had along the way. She is a gem! She has awesome customer service skills and was so communicative any time I had questions she would reply in email right away! I love my apartment and the community. "As with all apartment complexes, there are issues that are out of management's control, but I will focus on the most positive aspect when I lived there in this review. I have to say the service provided is top shelf. If I put in a request, the request is taken care of. If there is a delay, and I call, I get an immediate response. One of the requests was when I had an awful creature/person at my door, knocking, trying to get me to open my apartment. I know this person could hear me as I asked why they were there, for what reason, and that they had the wrong apartment, but this thing pretended to not hear me. When it was clear they wouldn't go away, I called the front desk and Erica immediately took care of the situation. The creature/person was very rude to Erica, but she kept herself professional and focused on resolving the situation. I really commend her for that. Great service. Thank you!"

"I almost never write reviews, but I recently had such a great customer service experience that I was moved to write this one. A few weeks ago, I was considering transferring to a new unit in the same complex. (I have lived in the complex for about 5 years.) Lorena, a Leasing Consultant in the management office worked with me over the course of a week. She did an excellent job of explaining the transfer process. She addressed all of my questions and concerns and if she did not know the answer, she would check with management. She always got back to me in a timely manner, which I appreciated. All in all, I met with Lorena once in person and spoke with her numerous times by phone. She was always very professional, respectful, and most of all, very patient and understanding, especially considering that in the end, I decided to stay in my current unit. Thanks Lorena!! By the way, I also spoke to Erica, Lorena's co-worker several times and she was also very professional and helpful. Overall, I love the property! Maintenance does a fantastic job and I love the location."
