"I have been here going on 3 years. I am the first one in my unit, and moved in not too long after they first opened. My rent for a 2/2, 935sqft one story was $903/mth when I first moved in. As of 10/2023 it has since gone up to $1052/mth. At one point it went up 2-3x in a month. Olica, the manager that was first here was pretty nice. Definitely willing to work with people, and understanding of situations. There have definitely been issues such as loud neighbors, smoking (even though it’s a non-smoking community) one neighbor that was notorious for guns, drugs and vandalism to cars and storage units, as well as a ton of other problems. After several police calls, visits and emails with video evidence of things, management finally evicted them. (Although it should’ve been done a lot sooner) People don’t clean up after their pets, parents in the complex and from the residential houses across the street are constantly letting their kids roam around in the streets and inside the gated parking lot at all hours of the day and night, leave trash everywhere, and have hit cars in the parking lot while playing with rocks or balls. People across the street at the houses are CONSTANTLY having loud parties till the early morning, loud music, fighting and police being called. The new manager, Samantha is making the complex go downhill fast. Olica would always answer phone calls and emails within a timely manner; I have only been able to get ahold of Samantha ONCE on the phone after multiple calls. She is never in the office when she is supposed to be (during office hours) but is quick to email about tons of fees she is suddenly adding for different “violations” that were never issues in the past. When I asked Olica questions about Ring cameras, she said they were fine as long as they weren’t screwed into the door frame. Samantha now says they need to be ON the door and if not, will issue violations and a $75 fee. Olica did not have a problem with people if they were pet sitting for a brief time, Samantha now says people need to sign a pet agreement and pay the pet fee. ($100 violation fee, $400 pet fee. For temporary pet sitting a pet that isn’t even yours!) Overall, the apartments were nice when Olica was here, but not anymore. When my lease is up, I will not be renewing. This new manager just seems like she’s trying to charge fees left and right where ever she can. Even the maintenance men don’t like her."

"When I first moved in, it was real nice, but since living here it has gotten worse. There’s dog droppings all over the dead grass areas. The kids, and homeless go through the trash in the dumpster leaving a mess all over the parking lot. Food, and trash cover the stairs, and all through the breeze ways. Couples fight every night, and let it continue outside of their apartment. Guns have been fired at the apartments leaving visible evidence. My truck has been broken into, and vandalized by careless tenets. Cops come by often. Do yourself a favor, and don’t move in."

I’m so glad I was able to secure a spot at these beautiful apartments. everything is so peaceful, staff is attentive and always giving great energy! parking availability has never been a problem for me! they have events for us who reside here AND the prices are reasonable? love it here"

"Absolutely love this apartment. Reasonable price for a good sized 2 bd 2 bath. Love the pool in the summertime and the playground for my little one is always clean and safe for my little one. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Neighbors are quiet and very family friendly place overall. Loved my first year so much, signed up for another ."

"I've been here for about a year and a half and this place is awesome! Staff is nice and helps with anything you need in a timely manner. Apartments have pool, laundry on site, a gym, community resources and different family activities through out the month. There are also different perks such as money off your rent if you win porch/balcony decorating contests during the holidays. Units are spacious! I don't really have anything negative to say :)"
