"Woodlawn Ranch is a Living Nightmare please Do Not move here especially if you have children!!!! The kids who live across the street bully, vandalize, fight , steal, rob and pick on the kids that live here and there is nothing you can do as a resident but call the police nothing ever gets resolved. They never opened the pool the entire time I lived here because again the kids who live across the street kept vandalizing the pool area. I get it but how is that our problem as paying residents who live on the property we should be able to enjoy the pool hire security for after office hours !!!!! Or better yet the girl who works in the front office Marina who loves to fight for absolutely no reason at all should be using her negative energy to keep that problem from happening . Another on going problem was the homeless! One of the men set a unit on fire you would think the fire he started would have gotten rid of him but no they are probably still there. My neighbors had there cars vandalized they smashed their car windows and stole everything from their cars some times even the whole car , including the tires I had personal property damage the maintenance man who lives on property kids threw rocks and mud at my car and windows at my apartment unit breaking several windows and had my catalytic converter cut and stolen from car my it took months for the windows to be replaced with out the employees doing anything. They locked my clothes in the laundry room because they were closing the office “early” I had to wait till the next day to get my clothes out of the laundry room the girl in office was rude about the whole situation threaten to call the police on me for her locking my clothes in the laundry room makes no sense at all. I wasn’t even rude you report anything to corporate they will not respond it’s a joke! let’s not forget about the huge roach infestation again nothing ever was done about it no matter how much I cleaned all around waste of time, money stress it’s not a great happy place to live it’s every one’s Worst nightmare"

"Well this is not a good place in my opinion because I hear guns fire like every night and my little brother gets scared and I don’t just want to live like this anymore. My mother’s personal taillight’s has been stolen like how desperate can people be for money. And please please hire more police so this won’t happen to anyone else."

"The management I tell YOU!!! I don’t get it. How can someone be such an unprofessional ghetto person & yet still feel the need to contact the police due to you not being able to resolve an ongoing issue. After showing the cop the proof and telling them what’s going on. He was quick to tell me I was right, he then went on to giving me advice on the whole situation. Mind you this “issue” has been going on for months. Now that I’m sick and tired of them not doing anything I decide to speak up, and when I do I’m portrayed as if I’m being crazy or loud. It’s the fact that you don’t know how to do your job. It’s sad. The agents, your agents have gotten accustomed to your being. They act the same way as you. Every issue that has happened since Alyssa left is on YOU! How is that the reviews went from all solid 5 star to a 1 (keep in mind you must select a rating in order to continue with the review) From my kitchen light going out, to my toilets/faucets not working, doors not being placed on correctly. You name it! Mind you, I resolved the issues myself! I purchased the light, toilet handles. I’ve even paid people to come and assist with certain things that the office should be responsible for. Moral of the story STAY TF AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!"

"Atrocious customer service with the agents along with the leasing manager Valerie. I have had a continuous problems with bed bugs along with other problems throughout my unit. I have signed multiple pest control agreements that have been misplaced more than once. I have had Joseph and Valerie give me the runaround about my problems. I have contacted the office a variety of times to have this problem resolved and the only thing that management (Val) does is to laugh and say that she doesn’t have to answer any questions. I repeat do NOT waste your time with these apartment complex. It’s sad that my daughters have to be jumping from room to room, or to even be sleeping on an air mattress due to the negligence of poorly trained agents."

"It's a beautiful apartment with lots of room and storage but my husband's car was stolen from his "paid parking" spot. My vehicle has been broken into and trashed twice. Also I found my drivers side door wedged open as if someone put a crowbar in my door. My windows shattered both times and my entire steering wheel column undrivable. I love my personal apartment but I don't feel safe here anymore."
