Not even so much as a courtesy heads up prior to violating tenants rights to privacy. Y’all have a tendency to do this with residents being unclothed in their showers."

"My bros car got stolen in this “secured” complex. Bro tried to get the front office to help with security footage but gave him the run around. First excuse was the most recent footage was from 16 June. Now today the excuse was the camera wasn’t recording and manager wasn’t aware of it. Whoever is looking to move here, don’t. This is one of the many shady things I’ve heard about this place"

"Absolutely disgusting, truly very bad services. There property mangers hits minors when the news got to the owner all he did was tell her not for it to happen again. They dont come and fix the problems the pool, and gym they show you is dirty to extreme gym was promised to open 3 months before I applied it's been a year and 3 months and it hasn't open up. And there owner after all didn't apologize for the damages his employee caused. And to top it off they tired to evict us right after they caused all the damages (single mother of 2) both children are attending school and we have no one PLS don't apply here it might look nice but it's truly disgusting how the Mance men you see smoking cigarettes everyday not come and actually fix emergency problems"

"Honestly they don’t deserve any ratings the leasing agent Krystal didn’t even know how read a check stub correctly my employer even provide a form to her stating all my information pay etc the moment I bring up I’m student with work study she tried denying me they need to get better employees who know what they are doing and not discriminating towards college students . Stay away from this place it’s not even worth it ."
