"I LOVE this place! All units are first story. Staff is respectful and cordial. They bend over backwards to get extra financial help for tenants, like Food Bank, utility assistance, annual Farmers market, and other programs.neighbors are helpful, care for each other."

"Slipshod maintenance, disrespectful staff, upper management disregards all complaints... Common response is, "If you don't like it(their decisions), give us 30 days notice and we will let you out of your lease" Poor drainage, sidewalks have 'dry mold' which when wet is unsafe to walk on, during snow/ice conditions sidewalks are not treated to prevent slips/falls... Most tenants experience being talked down to/belittled... Cannot post on here unless you give them at least one star"

"A cop stopped my friend for just walking around and asked him for ID. And he told him "after 10 PM you are not allowed to walk around here." Idk if it is safe environment here..."

"The do not return phone calls. I have left several messages to get a hold of someone about prices here. No one has returned my calls and the hours of business are not very helpful either."
