"Update 2 weeks later 2/28/24 I sent message through the apartment website portal to proceed with Admin refund on 2/13/24 because they didn't have my mailing address to send check. I received voicemail from Miranda to call to obtain my mailing address. I speak to Miranda who takes my mailing address so that their corporate office can mail my admin refund check. I asked what is the timeframe and of course she couldn't answer me but would email me back next day with timeframe when i should expect check from corporate office. I hear nothing so I send another message through their website portal on 2/15/24 and no response. I send another message still waiting on timeframe on 2/19/24 and until today 2/28/24 no response or received any checks in the mail. I was interested in these apartments complex so i had gone to receive more information and had spoken to Miranda who gave me and my husband a tour of the apartments. We discussed the rental criteria which I had asked specifically so I wouldn't start any application process and "Miranda" assured me that they only look for broken leases/evictions and criminal background history but failed to disclose that they also look at your credit history but she assured me that with my income and their criteria i would be easily approved. She kept encouraging me to do application online for whatever reason now i know why she kept pushing to do at home online but I wasn't comfortable doing because their website when applying for apartment the rent amount is also different so i said i would bring my paystubs so I can make sure i qualify before i paid 2 applications fees of $50.00 for my husband and I and a $150.00 admin fee which they said i would get back the admin and 1 application fee credited towards my rent because that was their special. I came back later that day to provide my paystubs and work ID because they also said they give 3% discount on my rent. Miranda took my paperwork and made copies and told me I met the income criteria and only pending on the application for my background. I also let her know about my husbands immigration status so he doesn't have a ssn card and Miranda also said that wasn't a problem. I receive email notification from the background company 2 days later with what came up on my credit history that which said I had some collection items but its conditional approval. I receive another email from Miranda to tell me that they cant approve my application at this time due to the results. I call the office to speak to Miranda to tell me that they cant approve me for those reasons and after telling her I specifically asked you what were you looking for in my credit history YOU ONLY STATED broken evictions/broken leases which I don't have and criminal background history which I also don't have. i wouldn't of proceeded with the application and paid $250.00 if you were going to deny me. She then said she apologized but that is their rules even though she never disclosed to me the other criteria the apartment was looking for. I asked for refund due to miscommunication and she said its not refundable. I asked to speak to manager which she transferred me and spoke to ANNA and who reiterates what MIRANDA had already said and proceeds to tell me I signed a application form that states what the criteria is even though I had done the application in the office on MIRANDA'S computer to only find out that this is their way of deceiving you by taking your money with false promises and ANNA again says she cant refund any fees. Not even the admin fee or look past the application results to approve me due to miscommunication. Don't waste your time or MONEY! and I was a little concern moving into facility after reading all the NEGATIVE REVIEWS when I got home from applying but they are also THIEVES!!!!!! They will give you false promises and take your money knowing there are other rental criteria you need to meet without disclosing that to you only to waste your time and money!!!!!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! These apartments are infamous for not having hot water!! It’s Christmas weekend && no HOT WATER! I get Infested with roaches every time someone moves out/in the building! $8 on pest control every month & doesn’t work ! Staff will let you know at 530 PM that they won’t be in the office the next day . Grinds my gears . No notice at all ! Summer time the AC UNITS DONT WORK! Luxury price raged apartments!! PARKING SUCKS! Mail boxes get broken into . 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND!"
"WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures. I’ve lived in this complex for the last two years and I have had absolutely nothing but issues. Roaches appeared and I have not been able to get rid of them, not to mention the water has constantly been shut off. With or without warning which violates the lease saying anything that’s going on will get a 24 hour notice, there are times where my water is off for days at a time and I have to shower and wash my clothes elsewhere. Maintenance does take a long time however they’re much nicer than the people in the office who don’t seem to care about their residents or any issues they have. Front office will do anything to put blame on residents for any issues with charges. I had sent renters insurance when I renewed my lease, yet they charged me for it every month until I brought it up to them. There is no communication what so ever from them, they claim the change in management is the cause but I don’t think so. Same girl has been working there the whole time I’ve lived here and they never get back to you in a timely manner. The neighbors in the community will not pick up after their animals, there is constantly dog poop all over the grounds and even sidewalks, I’ve seen animals using the restroom on patios and it pours down to the down stairs neighbors patio. Truly disgusting and not neighborly. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone and I’d suggest you stay very far from them. Will post updates upon moving out in a month. But not without added fees thanks to poor communication from leasing office."
"When i first moved in any repairs needed took forever to get done, then the unit above me flooded into my unit. Took several months to get repairs due to complex changing management and it fell thru the cracks. Swapped to a different unit and the tub was leaking before i moved in and the previous tenants did not report it. The complex is going under new management again and repairs are probably going on hold again due to needing approval, again. The complex, also, does not notify everyone when the water is getting shut off, apparently they posted notices to half of the complex and their system is down. The front office person, Vanessa, is rude and tells you what you want to hear to get the lease signed. She stated they were getting parking stickers so extra cars would get towed, never happend. Did not get to see the unit before moving in, due to them having everything on-line, this unit was supposed to get turned around in less than a week and its no wonder the unit was not 100% prepared. She claimed all the 1st floor units have no carpet, the unit she assigned to me had brand new carpet, 1 working smoke detector (with no batteries), electric switches were hanging out of the wall. Now I am in a 2/2 with only 1 working shower, when I asked about any compensation or discount due to them not making repairs in a timely manner, she literally giggled and said no because I at least have 1 working shower. Some units do not have light fixtures or ceiling fans in the bedrooms, be sure to have lamps and floor fans upon moving in. On every single work order I type to please contact me before entering due to having my dog in my apartment. They stated that if the dog is in its crate they are allowed to walk in even if we are not present. Without any prior notification of when they are entering. Some of us work over night and sleep during the day... if I can't hear the knocking does that mean it's ok for them to just walk in while people are sleeping?"
