"I feel very fortunate to have found this community with my family! These large, recently remodeled apartments are well worth the cost! Like any business, there are displeased individuals that attempt to harm the reputation of the company. This place is a beautiful little community. Rent paid, rules followed, no issues; apartment cleaned, no bugs, nice place!"

"Do not rent from this place . They are roach infested as well as mold infested. The cut the water off every other day for repairs and sometimes with out warning . The security they have on property does absolutely nothing. He does not patrol the property. Cars get broken into and stolen and they do not have cameras. The only cameras they have are facing the pool and the office. You will be sorry if you rent from this place . My son was constantly sick due to the mold infestation in the apartment. Some apartments flood multiple times a month and the residents are told they just have to deal with it. When they are asked about things the first thing they will say is that perosn is mad because they were getting evicted. Dont believe that either. I am warning you please take your money somewhere else . Do not move your family here ."

"Liz is a person who takes her job serious and is dedicated. She always speaks with respect and joy. She is willing to pay attention to the tenants and help. She has a great attitude. Mary and Liz bring good attention to the property and great service to tenants. I have lived here 3 years and love residing at Vintage at Oak Hill. I highly recommend."

"I am extremely satisfied with management the way they have treated us since the day we applied in making this complex are new home . From being denied at other apartments . Vintage Oak Hill gave me and my husband a opportunity to start life with my children . We are officially two months in and we absolutely love it here management has treated us with so much love and respect. Maintenance has taken care of our unit when asked the property is always nice and clean. Love that I can take my toddler to play in a clean and safe environment . Some thing I love about the community is that there is security 24/7 . Miss Liz has always taken care of our needs and helped us through with our portal. When questions are asked super friendly staff I would recommend these apartments 10 out of 10."

"The company charges crazy fees if you don't pay your bills on time even if you already paid the rent but not the utilities and parking a day after the 3rd of the month you better not be behind! If you're late the charge is 10 percent of your rent and you will be paying more in fees than your actual bill oh and don't expect hot water or even luke warm water on a consistent basis it won't happen. Make sure to ask questions and read the lease before you sign!!! They will get you."
