"Worst place to live in San Antonio. We've been here for 4 years and the last couple of years the management has falling in shambles. Charging us monthly for pest control. Haven't had pest control in over 2 years. Literally hired my own outside company to get rid of pests. Charging us for no rental insurance even though we've had the same policy for the entire 4 years. They even lost my house key and asked me to pay for a copy to be made. The swimming pool hasn't been cleaned in over 2 years. It's like a swamp. They don't answer thr phone, ever. Especially my recent calls when trying to get the $50 fee for no insurance (which I've proven to them I've had multiple times) to be taken off of my monthly charge. It's complete chaos. Always having issues with hot water they never seem to fix. The A/C unit is ancient and barely works. Two weeks ago we finally had a maintenance man come by to check the hot water. He said we have the nicest unit in the entire complex, I said probably because we do everything ourselves. Including the maintenance. It's time to go even though we love the location it's just not worth the headache anymore. The people in charge are a bad bunch, all the way up to the top, which by the way are impossible to contact. Been trying for years. Good luck if you decide to try this place out."

"Edit to add response, see below.. Run as fast as you can away from this place! My neighbors and I have had no heat or hot water for over a month and these people do not care. How can they sleep at night knowing that babies and elderly people are dealing with this? I'm paying for gas that I'm not receiving and I was told I will not be getting reimbursed. I'm paying for ice cold water which should be hot and they informes me I will not be reimbursed for this either. So if you're interested in living in a place that comes equipped with no heat or hot water welcome to the Connally! If I could leave a zero, I would. ***************************************** Yes mam. I met with the police officer and he had spoken to all of the plumbers on the property and they told him that they had been in and out of my apartment all day....so you wasted his time and made yourself look silly. I don't have to live with myself knowing I'm willing to rent out apartments that have no water or heat. That's you. Mind you everyone keeps talking about a gas leak and they seem extremely worried. So tell me Rachel, are we all going to die in that building? Why aren't you doing more to help us. I'm a paying resident that is treated less than human. Shame on you And is Ms. Norket - thanks"

"My family and myself have been living here without hot water and AC/Heat for over a month now. I have reached out to the manager and the district manager several times and am told every once in a while ( when I’m not being ignored) that they are working on solving the issues and they will keep me updated. The leasing agent is usually who ends up speaking with us, and keeps telling us that they are waiting on the plumbers. Again, we have been waiting over a month. I have asked to be transferred to another apartment that is in working condition and have been told that they don’t transfer someone in the middle of their lease. Mind you, I have offered to pay any transfer fees and still nothing. So essentially, as long as they continue to tell us that they are working on everything and will keep us updated, we could continue living in these conditions until our lease is up."

"Moved in last weekend and we feel at home. Just minor issues that need to fixed and they had issues with boiler but they communicate with you and we definitely understand. Compared to other apt. That cost even more and had more issues this apt. Complex is great! LeAnn is very helpful and does all she can to help and communicate with us. We are very happy here , everything is around us and perfect location, 3 minutes from my work."
