"Worst place I've ever lived by a lot. Bugs everywhere, 15+ killed in ten minutes just on the walls/counters. Only solace is messy neighbors will draw them away a bit. Super loud 24 hour + parties from multiple apartments for the last 6 months. Haven't slept almost at all. A literal tree fell on my apartment and they took 3-4 days to say they might do something about it... waiting to see that still. Trash everywhere, several week old moldy food sitting on the ground in multiple places and trash bins constantly overflowing, much less just the main areas. DO NOT LIVE HERE, you will regret it."

"The worst apartments ever. 1st off when I moved in I wasn’t shown my apartment I just had to go off the apt number and look. When I walked in the apt wasn’t ready at all the outside of this place look and is horrible. I lived on bottom floor and the people above did nothing but let their kids STOMP I mean it was outrageous they stomped from morning til 2am. I’ve called police multiple times to in-force quietness after 10pm. If I bang a stick they stomp harder. Told manager they did nothing. They even towed our car says it looked “suspicious” this place also has roaches. Like I said wasn’t move in ready. Missing a door for under the sink. The light wouldn’t turn on in one bathroom and another bathroom the light inside the bathroom controlled the bedroom."

"Laura was extremely helpful during the inquiry of vacant unit. She gave us great information. Would recommend anyone to look in. Their prices are better than the ones next to them. Reasonable too for what you’re getting. I recommend the 700 sq ft to any couple/family."

"Wow!! I'm surprised with the customer service that I got here!!! Laura does a fantastic job at explaining in detail exactly what will be charged with no hidden fees. Now not everyone tells you what other charges you'll get until you see the bills and the fact that she don't have a unit available to show but showed me what is online and went that extra mile makes you feel she pays attention to your needs when it comes looking for an apartment. I'm beyond impressed with her service.The exterior of the property needs a change as everyone states but the service I don't think you'll get that elsewhere.Ive had bad experience in the past few days and I look forward to applying next week with Laura."
