"Been living here for 5 years now. We haven't had many major issues. And any issues we had, they fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The bedrooms are really big. It's conveniently located, quiet, and affordable. All the neighbors are very nice. Some have lived here for over a decade. The management has improved greatly. They truly care about their residents."

"I signed a six month lease (Thank god it was only a six month lease) and I had more problems here than I've had in any apartment I've ever lived in for much longer. I could never feel safe or settled in or clean b/c of this place. -In the full six months I lived there, they never got me my mail key, even after asking about it several times each month. They acted as though they didn't know what I was talking about until eventually admitting that they had to replace my whole mailbox and that it was a complicated thing to do. So my mail was just being sent back and I had to handle that myself with the post office. -Our shower faucet was broken upon move in, and after requesting to have it fixed, it broke again the next day, and continuously leaked. -The bathroom wall had severe water damage on it upon move in which began to mold after our TOILET literally cracked and flooded the entire bathroom. -After about four months of living there, our shower floor started to peel up, a problem which they told us to wait out because we wouldn't be allowed back in our apartment for four days in order to fix it b/c of the smell. -The roaches were all over. -A dead body was found in the dumpster right next to our building. The list just goes on. Wouldn't recommend these apartments until they get it together. Absolute trash."

"I don't understand all of the people giving bad comments none of the things said except the town home flooding. Some people are so vindictive they will stop at nothing and I bet they owe rent. We have wonderful management, sparkling pools and upgrades that are actual upgrades huge closets and good folks living around us. The management works with you in times of need and we live in a 2br1b it is very good sized. Pet friendly and there is at least an acre or more for the dogs to play and it has picnic tables to sit at to watch them. We just renewed for 13 months and this is our home for the rest of our lives. Mom and I are very happy hear."

"I lived here for one year in the first place I moved to when I was in San Antonio. It offered a decent price in a decent location she gave me access to get to where I need to in town work and play at a reasonable price. Some neighbors more friendly some kept to themselves and then well there are some that or just loud obnoxious in nasty. I had of those in the unit I lived in. The dog park was okay but could have been better maintained. And also dog owners need a lesson in picking up after their dog. The time I was there the pool might have been available two and a half months out of the year. The only complaint I have is that I had a leak in my roof rain that we received for several weeks. I notified the front office they said when it quit raining and dried up they would send someone out to examine. 3 months later no one has come leak is still there I request again for it to be fixed still not fixed I moved out in the leak was still there they changed owners or change the whole front office I don't know. They seemed nice to me I didn't have any issues besides the leak being repaired and my nasty neighbors that lived below me. And jacking the rent up after your one year lease to almost $100 extra. I guess all in all its ok."
