"I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve been without hot water in the cold and I’ve only been here 2 years. There’s roach problems too, even though pest control is included in rent I’ve had to hire my own outside pest control 4 times already and they concluded the roaches were nesting in the fridge. They came with the apartment. They truly do not care about their tenants and when you call the front office they let it ring and ring. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the rent for the square footage isn’t bad. Overall, worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I can’t wait for my lease to be up."

"Lots of space, however there are a lot of issues with these apartments. I've been living here the past 3 years, and this past year alone the hot water heater has been broken twice, affecting all the apartments around here. The first time it took over 1 week to get a part and fix it. The 2nd time happened recently, and we are still without hot water after 8 days. On the bright side, it's pretty quiet here overall. But that's it for positive things: big living spaces, quiet overall, and a nice park nearby. Everything else is not good. As of 1/4/2024, the same story is happening again here. Hot water going out consistently. And now the plumbers have to get a part. I don't understand why it's hard to find a permanent fix for the consistent hot water issue here. More promises of 'it won't happen again' keep coming up, but guess what? It keeps happening again and again."

"Don't move in. If you like being without hot water constantly, sometimes for more than a week, do it. If you like your mail stolen with no resolution, do it. If you like wondering about your safety, move in. These apartments are crumbling and Seldin, the management company doesn't care. They will sure as hell take your money every month tho and send sugar-coated emails on how much they care."

"LISTEN TO THE RATINGS they are not lying ive lived here for 1 year and 2 months and there is so many issues ive had to deal with. they have appliances that are probably older than me, cannot turn the ac down only to 70 degrees like what???, had roaches that we had to get rid & pay out of pocket to get rid of, they also put tape over the walls and just painted over them * the landlord special* , ugly painted white tub, fleas outside in the back porch that we also had to get rid of ourselves, and dont even get me started about inconsiderate neighbors who dont have jobs that play their surround sounds/ speakers vibrating your walls thats you pay over 1,200 for all day starting from 8am-2am. we also tried explaining the issue to the office for MONTHS prior to all the other issues we’ve been dealing with and they’re not sympathetic nor will they resolve the issue. but if you’re late on rent BEST BELIEVE they will be at your door harassing you for late fees and rent of course lol. they only thing that was cute about living here was seeing the deers *that the office said we cannot feed like they didn't just build the apartment complex in the middle of their habitat*, and the little area they stay in has nothing but trash surrounding them its really sad and ghetto. this was our first apartment and i wish i can tell the other people who are getting there first apartment to not live here especially if you are young they will not take you seriously no matter how much rent you pay. the overall experience was horrible to the point where you cant even relax in your own space and its just not worth paying so much for an old apartment and i cant wait till my lease is over so we can get outta here."

"Once again kudos to Irene. I lost my pocket book which contained my ID and keys. I didn't feel safe knowing my address and keys to my apartment were stolen. I called Irene Friday and told her what happened they were closing a 3pm that day and off Monday for labor day. Irene, assured me it would be taken care of before they left she wanted to make sure I felt safe . Thank you so m7ch for everything"
