"I wish I could give this horrible “apartment complex” 0 stars. Everything is falling apart, you pay to use the washers and dryers and then pay utilities on top of that. The pest problem is so bad it made me sick. The management changes so frequently no one ever knows anything about anything! There’s no way to pay rent online so you have to have a check on time and hopefully someone is in the office to accept it.Trash is constantly all over the parking lot, couches piled up next to the dumpster. And they have the NERVE to put up holiday lights while WE pay the utilities? My package was stolen by a maintenance person and they were fired for a different offense? There are no good things to say about this place. Stay away, waste your money somewhere else."

"Like I said answering the post to a person asking about upgrades and maintenance I have not seen the inside but only the outside during the day and at night I deliver their residents seem decent and thick-skinned great location right across from medical I-10 410 interchanges congested during traffic peak times otherwise pretty decent there are larpers at night lerping in and out and around trickling minutes probably homeless who knows but overall seems pretty decent on the outside as far as complexes go and I'm in a lot of them and a lot of them are way way way way way way way worse"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. WATCH OUT FOR FAKE POSTINGS/PICTURES THIS PLACE IS RUN DOWN AN TRASHED. This place tricked me it is covered in dog poop and stray cats. Most of the time we don't have hot water. There is no maintenance or pest control. NO MANAGEMENT ACCEPT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! Roaches and rats are a serious problem. Management will take your money and offer you nothing but a pretty picture BEWARE!! this place is over 60 years old and falling apart they have been promising everything but NEVER will deliver. They will lock you in your lease and refuse to give you your money back. If you move out they will charge you for all the repair and problems that are here and your rent and hoards of fees, BEWARE !!!!! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE PEACE HERE!!!! 09/15/2023 Update still lies and dodges. Pest are out control the plumbing is over 50 years old pipes break frequently. Still no water multiple times a week. Save your moving expenses they even have fake grass for fake photos. The utility bills are according to your income meaning they charge whatever they feel. It is not billed individually and they will often have you paying for the block if your stupid enough. We get a new so-called office manager every month sometimes twice. True slum this place is going down with no life jacket. Crime is up now they just take anybody....not to mention frequent miscellaneous charges put on your door that cant be verified. No maintenance, No structure and now loud music and screaming....RUN!!"
