"They let drug dealers break into your home as well as live in their complex. This place is trash dont ever live here or even think about it. Theres pos squatters who live with family and will break into your home and steal your hard earned valuables. Theres been numerous shootings most likely by parolees or felons that have no right to have possession of a weapon almost everyday and they let trespassers stay around and sell their narcotics on this property. Please spread the word about this place and never live here unless you absolutely have to."
"If you are black live anywhere else but here. Racist Hispanic staff and Persian residents. The residents feed the racoons who live in the ceiling. Management is aware of the rodent problem but if you do not constantly remind them they do not care. Completely disrespectful of and the leasing managers lives inside and has quarantined one of the laundry rooms for only herself and family, while the other two laundry rooms are constantly out of service."
"Sundance has been severely and shamefully neglected throughout this entire property. Daily focus is on the pool instead of RESIDENTS' unresolved maintenance issues! Crumbling foundations, rotting wood, regular major bursting water pipes issues leaving water running down 3 blocks, left over weekends then residents charged $30. extra the next month is the NORM! Property is infested with possoms and skunks, underground spiders and snakes but exterminators are rarely hired. MAIL CENTER TWO YEARS INTO REGULAR BREAK INS, DOORS COMPLETELY OFF, THE ENTIRE BUILDING SHIFTED AND SAGGING so elderly & disabled cannot safely order medications by mail! Management REFUSES TO FIX IT... BUT PRIORITIZES THE POOL, as non resident unaccompanied children are allowed to vandalize and defficate in it during non enforced closers...causing it to turn ecky green 4 times this summer. SHOULD JUST PURCHASE A COVER AND GET THIS PROPERTY UP TO CODE REQUIREMENTS!! MOST DISTURBING ARE MONTHLY, AUTOMATIC FEES ADDED WITHOUT PROPER WRITTEN NOTICE, FOR EXAMPLE...$14. PER RESIDENT FEE BECAUSE WE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR COOPERATE ADDRESS ON OUR POLICIES...YET FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF MULTIPLE ADDRESS CHANGES. MOST RESIDENTS ARE UNAWARE THAT APPROXIMATELY $3,000.00 A MONTH IS BEING GENERATED BY THIS UNKNOWN, UNEXPLAINED FEE YET OUR PROPERTY CONTINUES TO DETERIORATE IN ALL CODE AREAS. WHERE IS ALL THAT MONEY GOING? SUGGEST MR. STERLING SCHORB, OUR DISTRICT SUPERVISOR IN SANDALWOOD, INVESTIGATE THESE NASTY ISSUES AND ORDER MULTIPLE COMPUTER SYSTEMS AUDITED!! Update 12-29-21 Recent developments now include the on-site management's attempt to fail to report the sexual assault that occurred in our office, by a sponsor of Muslim men to the law enforcement agencies searching for the "missing" 3 year old girl. Residents suspect foul play because management also attempted NOT TO REPORT THAT THE CHILD WAS REGULARLY FOUND WANDERING OUT IN THE STREETS, UNACCOMPANIED, WOULD WANDER INTO OUR OFFICE HUNGRY AND THE DECISION TO COVER THESE FACTS FURTHER SUBSTANCIATES THE MORAL CHARACTER OF MANAGEMENT. NO ONE FROM THE SANDALWOOD CORPORATE OFFICE NOR OUR DISTRICT MANAGER , MR. STERLING SHORB BOTHERED TO MEET WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AS CADAVER DOGS AND MEN IN WHITE SUITS SEARCHED THROUGH THE TRASH IN OUR DUMPSTERS. MUSLIM MEN ARE STILL RUNNING AN AUTO REPAIR AND CLEANING BUSINESS IN OUR COMPLEX WHILE MANAGEMENT CONTINUES TO PASS OUT RESIDENT STICKERS WITHOUT APARTMENT NUMBERS. CARS WITH FLATS, ONLY ONE LICENSE PLATE AND INSPECTION STICKERS DATING BACK TO 2018, 2019 and 2020 prevent residents from parking close to our apartments. Thieves are constantly stealing caytilistic converters while management ties the hands of the PRUE Road police by refusing to authorize any enforcement of ANYTHING!"
