"We attended a health conference at Scenic Hills SDA Church, and it's only like a six mile distance from the hotel. We will be staying there from now on when attending the church."

"Currently staying in a room on the first floor. Desk counter in room was dirty upon arriving. Looks like someone atr taco bell there last night and all that was cleaned was the trash. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room is. But the part that pisses me off the most is that the a/c seems to be on a timer. I set the a/c and no matter the temp it only runs for 2 min. Shuts off even though it's 80 deg in the room and won't turn back on unless I manually push the button to turn it pack on. This place is a low for holiday inn express standards. Stay somewhere else."

"Where do I begin? When we checked in we were greeted by a front desk clerk wearing a hoodie and smoking a cigarette in the parking lot. We weren't sure if he was posing as an employee or what, but his attire and demeanor were inappropriate for the position. Later on employees were sitting in the lounge area watching T.V and outside smoking. The cleanliness of the room was pretty sad. The bathroom floor has dirt all around the edges, and the shower tub has rust stains and chips. The faucet in the tub has a constant drip. There are electrical outlets that are hanging loose. I would think that's a potential liability. Finally, the elevator provides the name of the owner Steve, but no way to contact him. When I asked the front desk clerk for his contact info she responded by saying "you can get that later" while continuing her conversation away from her station visiting with who appeared to be a friend. I stay at Holiday Inn Express very often and have found them to be excellent. However this one apparently has not received the training on how to operate a hotel. Steve should not be proud of his management of this particular hotel."

"Great couple of nights here. Room was comfy but the bathroom needs updated. Tub was chipped and it was a king room so why does it not have just a shower. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good."

"Stayed here for for 2 days over Labor Day weekend. All of the reviews I read I was skeptical but it was a really nice place. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very soft. Pool was nice and staff were very accommodating. Will visit again if in the area."
