"Worst Hampton, I ever stayed in. Pertaining to the managers response. I was not happy with the stay, the room and hotel was disgusting. I am a Hilton Honors member and stay at Hampton on a weekly basis. I had to leave a day earlier, which was very inconvenient, because I needed to find another hotel in the Hilton network That wasn’t disgusting. I didn’t want to write all of this, but when a manager tries to twist my dissatisfaction with me needing to just leave for no reason early. I’m not OK with that."

"The stay experience was good. Staff were kind and friendly. The only complain i would have is that the rooms were small for a Hampton. If you are arriving late for your reservation make sure to call and inform the hotel because they will cancel your reservation if you don't show up within the check in time without calling!. Location was very good."

"Overall a very standard experience. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot, location was ideal for my stay. I am confused why my room (that I had already paid for & checked into via Hilton App) was given away to another guest. I booked a fully nonrefundable stay through Hilton and picked a nice first floor room. Upon landing at the airport I checked the app and noticed my room number had changed entirely. I asked the front desk when I got there about it. I was told that due to over-booking, my room was given to someone else. They're the same style of room so it still confuses me why I had to give up my room even though I paid for my stay in advance and checked in well before I arrived to the hotel. Front desk seemed fine with blaming it on the previous shift and left it at that. Not the end of the world but how can you overbook rooms already paid for and checked into? I realize this is a holiday weekend...but that's why I planned and paid in advance and checked in early. Hoping this isn't how business is usually done. All in all, you get what you pay for, sort of."

"Loved this place, plenty of parking but kind of difficult to get to. We missed the entrance and had to drive around for a while because there's only one way in and one way out. Rooms are phenomenal. Breakfast amenities were wonderful."

"Clean lobby, no funky hotel smell, the rooms were small but I wasn’t expecting huge rooms. They were immaculately cleaned. Located right off the highway so easy access. The breakfast is what really sold me. Omelette, sausage & potatoes. Oatmeal with topping options, variety of cereals, yogurts fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) Variety of juices, coffee bar (available all day), variety of toasts/muffins. The waffle maker was the star of the show. Yummy waffles with topping options/syrups even whipped cream. Fully fed a family of four with two young kids. Plenty of seating. Parking was a little sketchy but I seen multiple cops in the area. Haven’t been this pleased with a hotel stay in a very long time."
