Reviews
"These apartments are very old with a lot of problems ranging from consistent plumbing issues which result in unannounced water/hot water outages, general disrepair of apartments...peeling paint, no ceiling fans, poor lighting, no bathroom sink fixtures/cabinetry. The residents are about a 50/50 mix between quite respectable neighbors and obnoxiously loud families full of disrespectful unsupervised children and teenagers that terrorize the complex."
"The manager Denise is very friendly and explains things thoroughly. The apartments themselves are about a 4 out of ten. the carpet is a very dingy brown, the faux wood floors look old and dull, and there are some minor repairs and major landscaping that needs to be done. I lived here for 6 months. I believe it is a bit overpriced for what its worth. Something was wrong with the gas pipes here and we went without gas for about 2 weeks with no compensation. Cold showers are not fun. The neighbors are friendly and the community is quiet and i believe it is the second closest set of apartments to Ft Sam. The driveways and roads in between the apartments need attention; several LARGE pot holes. On one side of the apartments the grass is thick and well kept and the buildings look like they have constant attention while on the side I live on there is more dirt (which turns into thick mud when it rains) than grass, the buildings aren't as well kept on the outside and the roads get worse. Aside from rent being a little too high the late fees pile up FAST. One pro (or con depending on your background) is the police patrol the area frequently and respond quickly to calls"
