She is very knowledgeable with this apartment complex, and to my satisfaction, she answered all of my questions regarding the apartment complex and my apartment unit as well. Additionally, I often go to the office and find both Ms. Espinoza and Ms. Guerra busy with current and potential tenants. When I applied as a tenant, I could not upload my proof of income into the system for review and approval. I was assisted in the office and was taught how to upload the documentation needed for my approval. Furthermore, and it is a great asset, there is a Starbucks coffee maker in the kitchen and I often go to have a double shot espresso and always see both Ms. Espinoza and Ms. Guerra assisting potential and current tenants.
