Mak is a great assistant manager who helped understand the charges every month, we have not had any issues with maintenance at all , the maintenance was introduced by the office. We don’t have any complaint since we moved in. We are happy to start our lease at The Frederick. P.S. They have reserve parking which is nice if you work late."

"My family and I are exploring apartments for their big move from AZ to here. We hear/read of many unfortunate events no matter where you reside it’s who represents the property and how they handle situations what matters to me and based off of residents I know that live here I’ve heard nothing but greats things. I decided to take a tour myself. From driving into a huge lot with plenty of parking to walking into the office being greeted with lovely smiles and warm welcomes I knew this was gonna be the place for them! Then finding out about all the amenities and being offered a tour was the cherry on top! Thank you especially to Mak and Frederick team"

"Came to SA to visit and finally meet and see my family. i stay with my step sis & , i wanted to know the rules as too how long i could stay with a Possibility of moving in. my first night their was good, but early in the morning, while I was in the shower, the toilet started to flood and overflow and flood the restroom, a work order was put in early that morning, and nothing could be done about the situation Because according to the leasing manager, Felicia, stated “it wasn’t a maintenance emergency” And the toilet remain clogged full of soiled water until 5-6PM!! The next day I wanted to know more about the apartments, so I went down to talk to the assistant manager who was able to explain to me and my sister, the fees of upgrading to a two bed two bath. Today i needed to bring down my ID so they knew i’d be staying a bit & i got to meet the rest of the staff, briefly me t Felicia because she took one look at me and and my sister and i felt some type of way, i felt unwelcomed myself, and i really like the apartments here but with this misunderstanding and having an unprofessional manger with such a demeanor working and mocking the “professionalism” and breaking code of conduct as well as making me feel rejected wanting to live in this apartment. i felt disrespected and belittled. felicia is definitely lacking some professionalism that is required for her job."

"This place is trashy. Constantly has problems with their water. Buildings catch fire. Stray cats and dogs all over. Fake 5 star reviews is the funniest though. Stop lying, no one giving this place 5 stars. Pictures are from the huge fire."
