"I went in there with a couple of friends of mine yesterday, Saturday 01.06.24 (we are all seniors) because they are looking for an apt the lady at the front desk said that the Application Fee was $50 for each adult PLUS a $300 Deposit that had to be paid upfront to run that background check BUT neither the App Fee nor the Depisit would be refunded if they were not approved. I understand the App Fee is none refundable but the deposit. I honestly believe she was TRYING to take advantage of a couple of Senior Citizens."

"DONT LIVE HERE!!! My husbands car has gotten broken into 3 times since we have lived here in one of those times they stole his Catalytic converter the apartment complex makes no effort in helping the residents all they care for is that you pay your rent with no liability what so ever !! Just tonight my mom was visiting from out of town her vehicle was stollen with all her christmas gifts and diabetes medication in it. We know the apartments will do nothing to take responsibility for what happened. The Apartment complex claims there are no reports from any other residents when clearly they had a strike team monitoring the area because of how many incidents have occurred."

"Roaches on the first day of move-in. They have “pest control” on Mondays, but I shouldn’t have to deal with roaches my first few nights in my new home. I’m currently tracking the infestation with photos to see if it actually gets better."

"If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for close to a year now, during which I have dealt with 2 separate bug infestations. Upon touring, the unit looked well kept and bug free. Once I moved in, I discovered that all windows had been left open and I was left with a gnat infestation. The issue was so severe that I could not eat in the unit without them flying into my food/drinks and dying. They were everywhere. It took months to rectify this and the manager, Samantha, remained apathetic. I was offered no solutions but to “wait for pest control on Monday.” Finally, this was dealt with, only for me to be met with a roach infestation. Again, Samantha remained apathetic and said “I know it’s uncomfortable, but all we can do is wait for pest control.” I have now spent months fighting this infestation with my own money. I have also had to throw out food and stay in different locations at the worst of it. Additionally, maintenance and pest control enter your unit without leaving paper documentation that they have visited, so there is no real confirmation that they have serviced your unit. My emails are now going unanswered. Worst of all, this complex does NOT care about the well being of your pets. Pest control comes on “Monday” at whatever time is convenient for them, so making accommodations for your pet so that they are not harmed is nearly impossible. On top of everything, this complex is old and the “renovations” are cheaply done, so there are holes, water damage, and gaps in the doors and windows. Things are constantly breaking and the water heater and AC cannot keep up. Just do not live here. I was hesitant to leave a negative review in fear that I would be met with exorbitant fees from faux “damages” when I move out, but I am willing to war with management if only to keep others from dealing with the unhygienic living conditions and poor management that I have dealt with this past year. Edit: I would also like to add that I have gone so far as to tape every hole in the baseboards to prevent bugs. Roach traps are by every window and door. Still, they are finding their way into every room in the unit. Absolutely unreasonable considering the rent prices."
