"This place has a number of issues. Care being the main one. The office has no training in customer service. It is reflected in the property. I’m a resident been here 4 years. I moved in during Covid because I needed somewhere to go fast. This place has issues with bugs my unit was infested ( which I never see people Spraying but we pay a fee for it). My complex flooded they never properly fixed the issue. I’ve had issues with my water and water heater they don’t seem to care. We have extreme mold issues inside my apartment . I’m afraid to see what’s behind the “tiled” bathtub and under my water heater. Amenities are a joke pool closed gym run down broken window dog park has a broken door for months and even had a pile of poop and water living in a tub inside the dog park. Theft ( my neighbor got her car stolen) parking issues for visitor and residents. Overall if you can find something better go for it. This place is Old moldy and nobody truly cares here. I lack trust that they will help me in anyway at all times. When the situation is absolutely needed do I put in request but it will always be met with a half hearted attempt. I am so reluctant to call maintenance because they have left my space a mess.Truly breaks my heart that I pay to live in this place. I’ve asked to get numbers to upper management and they denied me. All in all find something better this place isn’t worth the money you work for."

"i have been living here for almost a year and i loved living here up until recently. i had a roach infestation that wasn’t addressed early on and now i am stuck dealing with the repercussions. i am thankful for Nic in the front office as he did hear me and addressed the situation in a timely manner. other than that, the neighbors are friendly, staff is friendly, maintenance is always helpful and i love the area that i live in."

"Absolutely loved this place, Dena was so nice and was very Helpful! We walked in and she was very open and helped us tour some apts, when we had questions she was able to help and answer all of them. She asked us plenty of simple questions before touring (which should be obvious at other places, but used be surprised how many other places won’t even ask basic personal questions) she made us feel very comfortable with pricing and the tour and our stay there. Also be mindful we’ve been apartment hunting for 2 weeks straight and have been out all morning since 9 am until we got here. She talked and waived to plenty of tenants and staff (which half the time other complexes will be rude to their staff or tenants). All our expectations were met with her 10/10! We loved her so much! Thank you for making our time feel valued!"

"I absolutely love Parc at Wall Street. They are always helpful in the front office and have made my stay here even better than I expected. When I first moved in and had Covid they offered to bring me waters and asked if I needed anything at all to give them a call. Cynthia is always there when I need her as well as the others in the front! I’ve lived here going on 2 years soon and will be living here for as long as I can. My view is amazing and my apartment is huge for such a great price! I’ve had no complaints for my building. Everyone is friendly and quiet! I’ve never been in an apartment this beautiful.
