"Shazreen is a great employee and so give I her 5stars for the hard work she’s put in for me and my roommate, but other than that these apartments suck and I rate them a 1. Way too overprice, the gates don’t even work and they got a huge roach problem don’t matter how much pest control comes. But I will say this, I do like the new leasing team more then the other 3 teams we’ve gone through and also I like the new maintenance as well I feel like they get things done pretty quick."
"We moved in on August the 18th. The apartment was supposed to be ready. When we got there there was still someone there cleaning up the place. The apt wasn't ready. It smelled like smoke, and upon doing the condition and inventory walk. Noted a broken window, broken blind, blind that didn't fit (length wise), door handle missing for storage room on patio, broken handle on microwave, and door handle backwards in master bedroom, and no washer and dryer which was supposed to be part of the apt. All noted and none of it ever got resolved. Each attempt I made with the staff was supposedly noted and follow up was to take place. I went countless times to the same answer, we'll follow up and get this taken care of It never did. I gave up on the staff. I ran into a maintenance person and asked for a door handle. They gave it to me and I put it on. Our lease ends on Feb 18th and we opted to not renew. I was called and emailed in attempt to get us to renew. I felt that if I was blown off than why should I respond for attempts to renew. No thank you. On January 3rd I went by the office to notify that we would be declining extension and would vacate on February the 1st. It wasn't noted and I received continued calls and emails. On the 23rd of January I went back in and again told them that I would not be staying. The attendant told me that we would have to have the 60 days notice, and extended us to March. I told her that we would vacate on February the 1st. I signed her paperwork, but did tell her that we would still be vacating. She said that the previous staff had "dropped the ball" and the were taking over but offered no resolution. I told her my reasons for not renewing and she offered an apology, but that doesn't take away the time it took to go to a place to do laundry, the gas, the effort, and all that goes with travel. We moved out on February the 1st and I will turn in the keys this coming week. The overall experience was not at all good. From the moment we moved in till the day we left. It was less than pleasant and we truly never felt heard, or important as tenants."
"Update:11/01/2023- I have been impressed with the new manager, Stephanie! She seems to truly care and I love that she comes with the background of managing a community. I am moving out after living here almost 9 years and I’m glad to know she will be assisting to make this a smooth transition for me. I don’t know what has happened to this community, but there seems to be NO management. No one answers the phones or emails. I have sent multiple emails and receive no response. I have put in multiple work orders and no one responds to those. My window got shattered, The painters broke my personal lights on the patio when they were doing inspections, BEFORE they had us remove our items/before they started painting and they won’t replace them. The gates are always broken, the pool is dirty a lot of the time, or closed. There is no landscaping and everything is brown and dead. Dumpsters and all it’s trash is in plain view for everyone. I’m just really disappointed in how things have been going in this community & am hoping for better soon."
