"I give it a 2 star because most of these Seniors worked all their lives and to retired and to live in a place that their able to afford, but the living conditions is not all that great. Some tenants has to deal with small rats, and a lot of roaches. A lot of roaches while other tenants live ok and its clean for some tenants. Not many have the luxury to be living in a home of infested rotants and roach free home. SAHA should get their buts out there and exterminate inside and outside. Plus, the gates are always open. The place should make it difficult for visitors to come and go whenever they visit a love one there. Not to be mean, but for the safety of a love one and other residents. I see people always walking in and out of there leaving the gates unlocked and open. I see the entrance/exit gates open all the time in the day & night. Not every day its like that, but it is most of the time. That's a rough neighborhood. You just never know when something is gonna happen. So, if you care about Seniors keep it safe for them, and let's take care them by reporting gates not latching on or locking. Report front gates not closing as well."
